A beach condo in Puerto Aventuras gives you that: your own self-catered place inside a gated marina community, a short walk from the sand, with a kitchen for the mornings you would rather stay in. They suit couples, small families, and longer stays where you want to settle in rather than pass through. When the group is bigger and you want a full staff to take care of it, the private haciendas are the next step.
There is no resident staff: the condos are self-catered, with your own kitchen. You still get concierge support. Our concierge gets in touch to help you plan your stay and can book a private chef on request, for one special dinner or for the whole stay.
Cenotes and reef snorkeling are close by. Day trips reach Akumal, the Xcaret park, and Mayan sites such as the Tulum archaeological zone and Chichen Itza.
