Hacienda Corazón

Our wedding at Riviera Maya Haciendas was truly beyond anything we could have imagined! We had our wedding at the beautiful Del Mar Hacienda, where I also got ready with my bridesmaids, while my husband and his groomsmen got ready right next door at Corazon Hacienda. Having both haciendas side by side made everything so seamless for our photographer and videographer to capture all of our getting-ready moments without the stress of traveling between locations.

What makes this story even crazier is that our original wedding venue unexpectedly shut down less than a month before our destination wedding. We found Riviera Maya Haciendas online only FOUR days before our wedding was supposed to take place. We honestly thought we were going to have to beg for availability! Instead, from the very first phone call, their team was incredibly kind, understanding, and compassionate toward our situation. When they told us they actually had our wedding date available, we felt instant relief.

From that moment on, their team jumped into action alongside our wedding planner and helped create a wedding day that was even more beautiful than what we originally envisioned. The property itself is absolutely magical. The haciendas are stunning, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated. Our guests loved being able to enjoy the indoor spaces throughout the evening — we even had our Photo Booth set up inside along with comfortable lounge areas where guests could relax and mingle.

One of the most breathtaking parts of the night was our dance floor built over the pool with the ocean as the backdrop — it looked absolutely unreal. Our ceremony took place on the staircase surrounded by greenery and vines, creating the most whimsical, romantic atmosphere imaginable.

We truly cannot thank the Riviera Maya Haciendas team enough for taking us in on such short notice and turning what could have been a nightmare situation into the wedding of our dreams. Their kindness, professionalism, and dedication made our day absolutely remarkable, and we will forever be grateful.

Hacienda Corazon was incredible! Amazing week and everything from the meals to the beds were perfection! The staff is so accommodating, friendly and service focused. Our group had 10 adults and 15 kids aged 5-14. All ages had a dream trip!

What a beautiful experience we just had at Hacienda Corazon and Hacienda Del Mar! We were celebrating milestone birthdays together as a large group and the RMH team was just tremendous to work with. Meals were terrific and the service was top notch! Our concierge (Paco) was extremely helpful with any support that was needed during our stay. The place really is as beautiful as it appears in the photos! We would highly recommend staying here for your own memorable moments.

We stayed at Hacienda Corazon. Absolutely world class service. From the rooms to the food to the facilities you won’t find better! Food was top quality and personalized each meal. All of the staff treat you like royalty. They literally pride themselves on catering to even the smallest detail. If you have a request they will fulfill it.

This year was my second stay at Hacienda Corazon and all I can say is it is 5 stars on every level! There were 12 of us ladies and we we're all so happy with the stunning house, the impeccable care that the staff (Federico & Eric) gave us daily, and the delicious meals that chef Delphi and her team prepared made our trip truly unforgettable! We had a family reunion and the most magical stay at the hacienda corozon. Even with almost 30 people (with varying ages and special needs) the house was spacious and staff were beyond accommodating. We made lasting memories and had every need and want met. The food was fantastic and we fell in love with the beach and the lovely house and staff. Thank you to Laurie, Fernando, Jorge, and chef Giovanni plus many more. Highly recommend! And we will definitely be back 🩵

An absolutely amazing experience! The villa is perfect for a large group, and Laurie and the team provided exceptional service. The staff was attentive, the food and drinks were delicious, and Laurie made organizing our days and nights out easy and ensured we had everything we needed. I can highly recommend a stay at Hacienda Corazon!

This was our third year returning to Hacienda Corazon. There is a reason we keep going back- it's the best we can find. Over the years we've searched for and tried many different villas and set ups and we've loved this the most. Laurie is there to help with all your needs; addressing questions and booking adventures. The butlers help with everything and the house keeping does a wonderful job keeping everything clean. The chefs are phenomenal and the food is abundant and delicious. They meet dietary requirements and cook all different kinds of meals. They keep everyone well fed. The property is beautiful and Puerto Adventuras is a wonderful area to explore. We are never disappointed.

Back home today after a week stay at the Hacienda Corazon, which has now become our home away from home. We celebrated our first year wedding anniversary with family and friends by returning to the place where it all started!! Our wedding at the Haciendas last year began a family tradition that continues to excel in every aspect! The beautiful venue, delicious food, attentive staff are all absolutely perfect! We all LOVE LOVE LOVE our time at the Hacienda and in Puerto Aventuras. And it goes without saying that the group is planning our trip back next year!! It was a spectacular week that included adventure, relaxation, food, drink and special DESSERTS! This year's activities included excursions to unexplored cenotes recommended by Mimi and a hidden gem of a beachfront restaurant in Tulum. Of course, there were the daily poolside games, chatter, reading, eating and drinking, walks down the beach and kayaking to the beautiful cove across the Hacienda. The entire group was extremely sad to leave but committed to our 3rd Annual Hacienda Corazon reunion! We held our wedding at Hacienda Corazon and Del Mar, and it was quite simply the event of a lifetime! We had the perfect mix of family and friends, and the venue did not disappoint! From the luxurious accommodations to the incredible food to the amazing staff, Riviera Maya Haciendas were the perfect place to hold what will undoubtedly become known to all who were there as the "Party of the Century". Owner Nicolas Boulay is blessed with a wealth of talent on his staff and clearly understands the value of having good people working for him. Special thanks go to Marina(the reservations manager), Lucy(our spectacular wedding coordinator), Mimi(concierge extraordinaire), Francesca and Ana Paula(our wonderful chefs), as well as Carlos, Alonso, Ivan, Pino et al(our bartenders and kitchen staff). Housekeeping and maintenance did an excellent job for the duration of our stay, and I must say the grounds looked like something out of a movie. This place is simply paradise and we will certainly be returning as soon as we can come up with a good enough reason...perhaps our 1st wedding anniversary. ;)

Had my 40th birthday at Hacienda Corazon! This vacation rental far exceeded my expectations. The property includes a game room complete with pool tables, TV room, massage room, free wi-fi and free calls to the U.S. We enjoyed parasailing, kayaking, and swimming with dolphins. The staff provided spectacular service. Especially our concierge Mimi. She escorted us to excursions, recommended great restaurants, and other tourist activities. The chef prepared amazing paella, lasagna, and desserts. You will be blown away by beauty, amenities, and service this property offers.

Here is a summary of my experience at Hacienda Corazon

First of all the first thing that pops in your head when you arrive is "WOW"

This place is stacked! Someone thought about everything that would make anyone feel comfortable and happy. If it's not the 3 refrigerators in the large open kitchen or the Xbox 360 in the game room or the reliable Wi-Fi it's something else. No little detail has been left out. The back yard is full of lounge chairs and setup so you can start enjoying life around a wonderful pool. Just a few feet away you can jump into the ocean or grab one of the kayaks provided to you and head out on an adventure.

The food. I have traveled to Quintana Roo many times and rarely do I get to taste such delicious homemade meals. If you have the option to have their cooks come over trust me you will not let them leave your house! Once you have all your friends and family sitting at the large table you will feel truly at home. The staff is truly genuine and delightful people who will make you feel welcome.

The cleaning crew knows what they are doing and usually come later in the day after everyone has been awake for sometime. We stayed for a full week and never noticed that anything was missed. The crew is very professional and friendly.

The location is ideal for a combination of things. You can stay local in Puerto Aventuras and have a good time just walking around. There are many beaches and chill/relax activities to basically take it easy. If you want to party you are just 10/15 minutes away from Playa Del Carmen. There is also a local karaoke bar 10 minutes walking distance.

You are just minutes away from a plethora of parks and natural activities not to mention Tulum. We rented a car so we basically just wandered out at different times.

One of my favorite moments in the trip was when I took an early morning kayak trip by myself. About 100 yards out a turtle popped his head out next to me. He hung out for a while and I was able to enjoy the sunrise.

Our friends got married in the backyard. The ceremony was very special. The party was incredible. Having a home built like this is truly a dream come true.

We just got back from our wedding down in Puerto Aventuras, Mexico. We stayed at both the Hacienda Del Mar and Hacienda Corazon properties with 39 guests (2 children and 37 adults). The properties are nothing short of amazing! The view of the ocean from the back porch, the beautiful rooms, the location on the beach, the sea kayaks, and the relaxed and laid back nature of the entire place. We absolutely loved it! We were in perfect hands with the hacienda staff taking care of us. They cleaned the rooms and houses daily, always providing fresh towels for our many dips in the pool. Any request we had, Laura, the concierge gladly handled. We even had mani/pedis scheduled by the pool for ultimate relaxation for the girls. If you're looking for a wonderful property to host a large event or an intimate gathering, these haciendas are it! The staff is incredible, the location is amazing and even better ... the entire place is yours to enjoy with your friends and family during your stay. It was truly a memorable experience and we cannot wait to come back once again! To the entire staff at the haciendas including Marina and Laura, thank you for making our wedding week incredible. This is something we will never forget and cannot wait to come back and do it all again some day!
