How it works with us.
About two thirds of our hacienda business comes through travel advisors, agencies and planners. We are built to work with you.
Your client stays yours.
You bring the client and you stay their contact: we quote to you, the booking is made through you, and we never contact your client without you.
We hold dates while they decide.
Tell us the dates you are quoting and ask us to hold them while your client decides.
Your commission is in the rate.
The rates we quote you already include your commission, so your client sees one price and there is nothing to add on top. Commission is set per agency, and our sales team confirms your terms before you quote.
Our concierge from arrival.
Before the stay, our experience team collects the guest list, flights, rooms and menus. On arrival our concierge welcomes your clients and runs the stay. The marina is a five-minute walk, so boat days leave from here.

The newest house, with a games room that seats 80 for meetings.
Every hacienda rents from 4 suites, two guests to a suite: from $2,860 a night for 4 suites, plus 22% tax. Food is billed separately.
Christmas and New Year: the whole house, 7 nights. President’s week, Easter and Thanksgiving: 7 nights minimum.
Events: up to 60 guests at one hacienda, 80 to 100 with two, up to 150 with three or more.

Do you work with travel advisors and agencies?
Yes. Travel advisors, villa agencies, wedding planners and DMCs book our haciendas, villas and condos for their clients. Write to us with your agency and the trip you are quoting.
How does commission work?
Our rates already include your commission, which is set per agency. Our sales team confirms your terms before you quote.
Can my clients hold an event at the haciendas?
Yes: up to 60 guests at one hacienda (special events can be arranged), 80 to 100 with two, and up to 150 with three or more. Outside planners are welcome, and our experience managers coordinate the estate’s staff with them.
