The thing returning groups mention most is what they never have to do: wait. No golf carts to line up for, no shuttle to the session room, no van to the afternoon activity. Everything happens inside one continuous beachfront estate. Your team walks out of Hacienda del Mar and, about two minutes later, is at Hacienda Jaguar, on foot, across the sand. Breakfast, the morning session, lunch, the beach, and dinner all sit within that same short walk. The day never stops to move people from one place to another, and that is what makes a multi-day retreat feel effortless.

Two haciendas have a games room that becomes a meeting room, with a large screen and sound. Hacienda Jaguar’s seats up to 80 theatre-style or 70 at boardroom tables; Hacienda del Mar’s, up to 75 or 60. Breakouts move to the terraces and courtyards, a few steps away.

Every corporate retreat is private and fully staffed, built around your group. Everything is quoted upfront, so the final invoice matches the proposal, with no surprise add-ons.

Exclusive private estate
Your group is the only group. The property, the staff, and the beach access are yours for the duration of the retreat.
Dedicated concierge
One point of contact once your dates are confirmed, coordinating your agenda, activities, airport transfers, and any special requests.
A private Chef per hacienda
Each hacienda has its own Chef and kitchen team, cooking only for that property’s guests. For multi-hacienda retreats, meals can be served at each hacienda or brought together at larger shared tables.
Butler/Bartender service
Every hacienda comes with butler/bartender service, serving only your group. They will remember your name and your favorite drink by the first evening.
Food and beverage packages
Your meal plan is a fixed-price package, quoted with your proposal, with alcohol or without. It is priced separately from the property, with no per-item surprises on the final invoice.
Flexible meeting spaces
Terraces, courtyards, and indoor lounges configured for plenary sessions, breakout groups, or evening presentations. Setup is handled by your on-site team.
High-speed wifi, plus AV on request
Reliable wifi throughout the property is included. AV equipment is coordinated through your concierge and quoted in advance. All haciendas include housekeeping twice a day, grounds and maintenance staff, and full beach access. Optional experiences, from cenote tours and water sports to a themed gala dinner, can be arranged through your concierge at additional cost.

All four haciendas sit directly on the beachfront, and they are contiguous. You move from one to the next along the street, across the sand, or straight from one pool-and-terrace to the other. For a multi-property retreat, your group flows between haciendas the same way it flows within one: on foot, in seconds, with no transport involved. Each hacienda can be booked on its own or combined, and all four are fully staffed and privately held.

How to book your retreat
Share your dates, group size, and budget. Our sales team organizes the reservation: availability, rates, how many rooms per night, how many guests per room, and the reservation and payment terms.
Once your dates are confirmed
Your concierge takes over and builds the rest: the agenda, meals, meeting setup, and any experiences around your group.
When to book
Popular dates and the high season fill first, so booking ahead gives larger groups the most flexibility. Your sales team confirms availability for your dates.
Your stay
Private rooms with private bathrooms throughout, twin beds convertible to king. Booking starts at four rooms, in single or double occupancy. Housekeeping twice a day included.
Food planning
Your Chef plans menus around the group, including dietary restrictions confirmed before arrival. Food and beverage packages are fixed-price, with alcohol or without, and priced separately from the property.

Can we rent an entire hacienda, or the whole estate?

Yes. Booking starts at four rooms, in single or double occupancy, and scales up to an entire hacienda or multiple contiguous haciendas combined for larger groups.

How many people can you host?

Up to 60 guests at an event per hacienda (special events can be arranged), 80 to 100 with two, and up to 150 with three or more. Overnight, a single hacienda sleeps a smaller team; combined, the estate’s 51 suites sleep up to 126 guests. Our team recommends the right configuration for your group.

Where exactly are the haciendas?

In Puerto Aventuras, a gated marina community on the Riviera Maya, about 1 hour south of Cancun International Airport.

Is meeting space included?

Yes. Terraces, courtyards, and indoor lounges are set up for your sessions. Wifi is included; AV equipment is coordinated and quoted in advance. Hacienda Jaguar and Hacienda del Mar also each have a games room that becomes a meeting room with a large screen: up to 80 theatre-style or 70 at boardroom tables at Jaguar, up to 75 or 60 at Del Mar.
