The Haciendas’ mixologists are creative, combining the area’s elements for trendy cocktails. The wine buyer carefully select from a veriety of fine wines, a perfect pairing for its discerning guests.
All of the Chefs and food service staff are headed by the Food & Beverage Director, our guru, who has years of esperience in international cuisine. His creative will delight yout palate and can reflect any dietary restriction or specific requests, whether vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or specific allergies.
