Our story

We own the haciendas, and we run them.

Riviera Maya Haciendas is a family business in Puerto Aventuras, a gated marina town on Mexico’s Caribbean coast, about 1 hour from Cancun airport.

The four haciendas are ours: Jaguar, Mágica, Corazón and Del Mar, side by side on one beach. Our own team runs them, from the kitchen to the concierge desk, so a group of eight or of 114 deals with one team and one number.

Along the coast, from Tulum to Cancun, we look after hand-picked luxury villas and beach condos. We know every one of them by name.

Seventy-five people work with us full time, most of them on the estate. Guests often name them in their reviews.

Beyond the houses, we fund a literacy program for local children.

A chef and kitchen team
In every hacienda. Meals are planned with you before you arrive; food is billed separately.
