We stayed at Villa Nautica in Riviera Maya for four nights and had the most incredible experience. The home itself is large, beautiful and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. It’s within walking distance to the marina where you’ll find plenty of charming shops and great restaurants. We also rented a golf cart and had a blast exploring the gated community. The staff truly made our stay unforgettable. Sergio With Maintenance was always helpful and we absolutely adored Lucia the housekeeper… The home was spotless every single day. Our breakfast and lunches were prepared by Rosalie and Juani, two amazing chefs who cooked delicious meals that we are still talking about! We also opted to add a butler, Hiram, and it was one of the best decisions we made… He made us feel like royalty and brought so much fun and hospitality to the experience. Laura from Concierge was incredibly organized and responsive, helping us with dinner reservations and anything else we needed. We had such a wonderful and a relaxing time…Villa Nautica exceeded all expectations and we’re already looking forward to coming back.

Everything about the stay was absolutely amazing—from the beautiful accommodations to the perfect location. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. What really stood out was the quality of service. The staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and made me feel right at home throughout the entire stay. Laurie, our concierge, was amazing.  Especially since we went from this being a laid back trip to adding an additional golfing outing and accommodating a fishing request.  Our butlers, Frederico and Tayo, were amazing. The chefs were extremely talented and the food was delicious!!  When it was commented that someone would prefer to have cheese on the side, they immediately revamped the menu to accommodate accommodations.  The celebration meal was outstanding!! We had an amazing surf and turf meal.  I don’t think any of us had ever seen lobsters that size before!!  When the staff found out there was another birthday, they made additional cakes.  The look on everyone’s face was one of wonder and awe!! The housekeeping and maintenance staff was on point.

I recently stayed at this location to celebrate my mom's birthday and parents' anniversary. The accommodations were absolutely perfect!! What made the stay was the staff. Every single person was warm and extremely helpful. Our concierge, Laurie, went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Her daily check in ls made use feel as though we were her only clients. Fredericio and Tayo were wonderful additions with their attentiveness. The food was divine. Everyone kept going back for more. I would highly Hacienda Magica and can't wait to return.

We recently stayed at Hacienda Jaguar for a company retreat and it was amazing. Highly recommend for groups, companies and of course it would make a beautiful wedding or special party venue. The Hacienda was fully staffed and their service was that of a luxury resort. We can't thank that team enough (especially Jorge and Eduardo) for making our stay a seamless one. Thank you!

I recently traveled here for a work retreat and our group had an AMAZING experience. The house was beautiful, clean and provided ample space for a large group. The staff could not have been more accommodating. They were extremely kind and helpful. The food was incredible! Highly recommend this location!

We had an absolutely amazing time at Hacienda Del Mar with the Riviera Maya Hacienda Team. We rented out the entire Hacienda Del Mar villa for our 29-person large joint bach party and could not be happier with how everything went. It was like the best of both worlds between an airbnb + a 5 star hotel. From the helping to coordinate everything before the stay to being our point person throughout the stay, our concierge Laurie was top-notch and everything went so smoothly because of her! Thank you Laurie!! The staff, especially our bartenders/servers were so amazingly kind and provided the level of personalized service I would expect at a 5-star luxury hotel. The food was absolutely incredible and was a surprise highlight of our trip. Would recommend this to anyone and would love to come back in the future if we can make it happen! Thank you RMH!

My wife and I got married at Riviera Maya Haciendas (specifically Hacienda Del Mar) two weeks ago - it was an amazing experience and the perfect venue for our wedding. The venue itself is beautiful and provided many great locations for the wedding, from the lush garden to the architecturally interesting courtyard to the peaceful oceanside pool and patio. So many of our guests told us how much they loved it. The hacienda team (Laurie, Sandra, Liz, and more) was also great to work with. And the chef and services team also contributed to a wonderful stay. We’d love to return!

I recently had the pleasure of booking this stunning property for a corporate retreat, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. The property is made up of a collection of beautifully maintained houses, all managed by the same team. This allowed us to host a group of 60 guests for 4 nights. One of the standout features is that every guest room comes with its own ensuite bathroom—an absolute game-changer for group travel. The staff was incredibly gracious and genuinely hospitable, going above and beyond to ensure every moment of our stay was exceptional. Their in-house catering was equally impressive, serving delicious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A huge part of what made the retreat so seamless was the incredible concierge. She helped coordinate every detail—from airport transportation to outings to a local cenote and ATV tours. She also helped bring entertainment into the haciendas, like a casino night and yoga class, and elevated our dinners with beautiful tablescapes and decor. Her attention to detail and calm, capable approach made everything so easy, and I appreciated her support immensely. The setting is breathtaking, and the decor throughout the property is thoughtfully curated and stylish. I truly couldn’t be happier with how our event came together here—it exceeded every expectation. Highly recommended for retreats, group gatherings, or any special event.
