The Christmas and New Year weeks are the exception: they are sold all-inclusive, food and drink included.
Questions
What comes with every Hacienda?
A chef and a sous-chef, two butlers who also run the bar, two stewards, housekeeping twice a day, maintenance support and a concierge. The team is at the house from 8 am to 9 pm; your concierge is there from 10 am to 6 pm and on WhatsApp any time. Every house has a heated pool, Wi-Fi, beach towels, kayaks and paddle boards, and every suite has its own bathroom and air conditioning.
Is it the same at all four Haciendas?
Yes. The four houses have the same team and the same services. What differs is the size (Jaguar 12 suites for up to 30 guests, Mágica 14 for 36, Corazón 10 for 27, Del Mar 15 for 33), the setting and the games: a games room at Jaguar and Del Mar, a tennis court at Mágica, a pool table and ping-pong at Corazón.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out by 10 am. Your concierge times the airport pickups to your group’s flights.
Do the Haciendas work for grandparents or a guest in a wheelchair?
All four are wheelchair friendly and have suites on the ground floor: two at Jaguar, three at Mágica, one at Corazón and four at Del Mar. At Jaguar, Bedroom 12 has no steps. Tell us who needs a ground-floor room and your concierge plans the rooming around them.
Are children and pets welcome?
Children are welcome at all four Haciendas. Pets are welcome on request.
Is food included?
The team and the cooking are included; the food is not. You choose a meal plan, priced per person per day, or your chef shops for you at cost plus 20%. Only the Christmas and New Year weeks are sold all-inclusive.
How late can we celebrate?
Music outdoors ends at 11 pm, the community’s rule. Then the party moves into the courtyards.
