The Christmas and New Year weeks are the exception: they are sold all-inclusive, food and drink included. At the three villas, your concierge confirms how meals work when you ask.

Which villas come with a private chef?
The four haciendas in Puerto Aventuras each come with a chef and a sous-chef, Casa Cangrejo Feliz in Puerto Aventuras and Casa Nube Blanca in Playa del Carmen each come with a chef. Villa Nautica in Puerto Aventuras has two cooks for breakfast and lunch.
What does “fully staffed” mean at a hacienda?
During your stay, each hacienda has a chef, a sous-chef, two butlers, two stewards, housekeeping twice a day, maintenance support and a concierge. The team is at the house from 8 am to 9 pm; your concierge is there from 10 am to 6 pm and on WhatsApp any time.
Is food included?
The team and the cooking are included; the food is not. You choose a meal plan, priced per person per day, or your chef shops for you at cost plus 20%. Only the Christmas and New Year weeks are sold all-inclusive.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Your own drinks are fine. For food, we ask you to choose one of the two plans, so your chef shops for the menus you agree on and the kitchen has what it needs.
Can a small group rent a hacienda?
Yes. Every hacienda rents from 4 suites, two guests to a suite, from $2,860 a night for 4 suites, plus 22% tax, and the team comes with it. The minimum stay is 3 nights, 4 at Jaguar. For a smaller group, Casa Cangrejo Feliz sleeps 16, Casa Nube Blanca 14 and Villa Nautica 10.
Do we tip the staff?
It’s up to you. At the end of a hacienda stay you’ll find an envelope for each team; we suggest 10–15% of the rental in all, in cash.
