How the night works

The night has two acts.

Outdoor amplified music in Puerto Aventuras ends at 11 pm by community rules, so we designed the second act around it, rather than apologizing for it.

Every performer, every vendor, every piece of equipment has worked these properties before: vetted, rehearsed here, and coordinated by Laurie and Paco. You approve a concept; they handle the rest. If something needs to change at 6 pm on the day of the event, you call one person, and it is already being solved.

Laurie
Laurie holds a master’s degree in event management and built her early career inside the resorts (wedding planning, concierge, VIP member relations) before joining Riviera Maya Haciendas in 2021 to run groups and events. She has planned weddings herself, and today the external planners who bring their own rely on her to coordinate the estate’s staff.
Paco
Paco spent seven years leading concierge and guest experience for one of the region’s largest luxury villa portfolios, directing its curator and host teams, before bringing that expertise home to a single estate.

Together they have produced these nights in these exact courtyards: they know which walls hold the sound, where the fire show can safely burn, and how long the mariachi needs to set up. You are not hiring vendors. You are handing the night to two people who have run it here before. Behind every night: seventy-five full-time staff operate our properties, the haciendas first, always. Gourmet Chef and butlers dedicated to each hacienda.

How many guests can the estate host?

The four haciendas sleep up to 114 guests in 51 suites, operated as one private estate, and every suite, pool and terrace is reserved for your group alone.

How late can the party go?

Outdoor amplified music in Puerto Aventuras ends at 11 pm by community rules. Until then the party belongs to the beach, the gardens and the terraces. After 11 pm it moves into the courtyards, where thick hacienda walls hold the sound in and the night keeps going.

How is a celebration priced?

Every event is priced as a single production, on request. Laurie and Paco come back within one business day with a concept and a tailored proposal: production, menus and budget included.

Can we bring our own planner?

Yes. Outside planners are welcome, and Laurie coordinates the estate’s staff with them. Without one, Laurie and Paco produce the night for you.

Are food and drink included?

Your chef and butlers come with the house. Food and drink are billed separately and quoted in your proposal.

In which languages can we plan?

Proposals are written in English, Spanish and French.
