A house that sleeps 30.

Each hacienda sleeps 27 to 36 in 10 to 15 suites, on the beach in Puerto Aventuras, with its own pool and its own team. Nobody stays down the road, and nobody shares the house with strangers: from 4 suites to all of them, the house is your family’s alone.

Whole-house rates are per night before 22% tax, in autumn, the lowest season; the Christmas and New Year weeks are priced on their own. Every hacienda rents from 4 suites, two guests to a suite: from $2,860 a night for 4 suites, plus 22% tax. Minimum 3 nights (4 at Jaguar); 7 nights at Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year. Food is billed separately.

The four haciendas stand next to each other on one beach, south to north: Jaguar, Mágica, Corazón, Del Mar. Houses you take together always sit side by side, so a family of 60 has two houses, two teams and one beach.

For the grandparents
Hacienda Jaguar is wheelchair accessible, with a step-free suite on the ground floor. Tell us who needs a room without stairs, and we suggest the house and plan the suites around them.
For the children
The four houses share one calm beach, good for swimming with children. The pools are heated, and there are kayaks and paddle boards at the house.
For the parents
Every suite has its own bathroom. The courtyards and terraces give everyone somewhere quiet after the children are asleep.
Who sleeps where
Each house page shows every suite and its beds, so the family can agree on the rooms before anyone packs.

About 1 hour from Cancun airport (1 hour 15 from Tulum’s). Your concierge arranges the transfers, staggered to each family’s flights.

Questions about family reunion rentals

How many people can stay together in one house?

Each hacienda sleeps 27 to 36 guests: Corazón up to 27, Jaguar 30, Del Mar 33 and Mágica 36. Two houses side by side sleep up to 66, three up to 96, and all four 126 in 51 suites.

Is it priced per person?

No, by the house: from $2,860 a night for 4 suites, plus 22% tax, and you add suites up to the whole house. The team and the cooking come with the house; food and drink are billed separately, as a meal plan or at cost. Only the Christmas and New Year weeks are sold all-inclusive.

Is a hacienda good for a multigenerational family trip?

It is what most of our families come for: one house, grandparents to toddlers, each family in its own suite, one table for dinner. The chef cooks around the children’s hours and the adults’ long dinners, and the concierge plans the outings for each age.

Is any house wheelchair accessible?

Yes. Hacienda Jaguar is wheelchair accessible, with a step-free suite on the ground floor. Tell us who needs a room without stairs when you write, and we suggest the house and plan the suites around them.

Are the haciendas good for young children?

Yes. The four houses share one calm beach, good for swimming with children, and the pools are heated. Tell us the children’s ages when you write, and the team plans the rooms and the meals around them.

How do we get there?

What is the minimum stay?

Three nights (four at Jaguar), and seven nights at Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year, when we rent the whole house only.
