  Five stars isn’t enough. We came to Hacienda Jaguar and Del Mar in a panic, needing a wedding venue with four days’ notice.

  They were responsive, accommodating, and completely put us at ease. Booking sight unseen felt like a leap of faith and they exceeded every expectation.

  The space was stunning, our guests had an incredible time, and we couldn’t have imagined a better place to get married. They saved our wedding and made it unforgettable.

  Beautiful location, nicely furnished condo. RMH was helpful and eager to be of service. My only suggestions would be for more comfortable furniture and an umbrella on the patio and to sharpen the knives.

  We cannot say enough good things about RMH and Hacienda Jaguar. We rented the hacienda for our wedding and stayed for four unforgettable nights, and from start to finish the experience was nothing short of incredible.

  Before we had booked the venue, RMH allowed us to come see the property first hand, even when they had just a tight window between two guest checkins. We then came back after making a deposit where RMH coordinated another visit where we were able to plan our reception layout for the wedding.

  We chose to do all of our food through the hacienda (with the exception of the wedding night where a 3rd party vendor is required) while providing our own alcohol, and that decision could not have worked out better. The food was outstanding across the board, with a wide variety of options to choose from, and everything we had was delicious. We had a single guests with a handful of allergies and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that her allergies were addressed and accommodated for including battering her own fish, and separating her food from the others to avoid cross contamination. Chefs Giovany and Amparo, along with their amazing assistants Flor and Juana, truly knocked it out of the park. Our guests are still talking about the meals.

  From the very beginning, Laurie, the concierge, was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was incredibly helpful during the planning process, flexible with changes to our food selections, and always responsive and accommodating. During our stay, Laurie continued to go above and beyond, assisting with anything we needed, coordinating massages for several of our guests, and arranging transportation to and from the airport.

  The entire staff made our stay feel effortless and luxurious. Carlos and Yair, our bartenders and butlers, were attentive, friendly, made sure everyone was taken care of at all times, and crafted some delicious cocktails. Cielo, our housekeeper, was wonderful throughout our stay and on the night of our wedding, she surprised us by decorating our room with beautifully folded towel swans and roses. It was such a thoughtful and romantic touch, and the perfect ending to our wedding night.

  Every member of the staff was attentive, kind, and genuinely invested in making our experience, and our guests’ experience, unforgettable. Hacienda Jaguar is absolutely stunning, and the level of service made it even more special. We left already talking about how much we want to come back in the future.

  If you’re considering RMH or Hacienda Jaguar for a wedding, special event, or just a vacation with your family and friends, we truly cannot recommend them enough. We will remember this place and team for a very long time.

  We spent a week at Hacienda Jaguar with 26 people (6 families/ 13 kids ranging from 6 months to 6 years) and it was flawless. The villa itself is a masterpiece, but the staff is what makes this place a gem. 7 nights felt like a true vacation for the parents, too. We didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend for multi-family trips.

  It goes without saying, 13 kids is not a small feat. The villa and team were well-catered to this group – which makes this villa a huge selling point for other large families. We also were able to secure some help from Kangaroo babysitting crew – they were amazing; highly recommend.

  Paco – Concierge, Augustin – Chef and Carlos – Bar were truly an incredible team. The provided world-class service.

  We can’t wait to come back.

  Amazing complex (yes complex, this place is HUGE). Amazing staff. Amazing location.

  Boutique hotel feels but you know all of the guests! Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a big group trip. We will be back!

  I held a 60th birthday party in Haciendas Jaguar and Magica for 35 people. From the moment my guests and I stepped on the property, the team at Riviera Maya Haciendas made sure that our every need was attended to. Paco C., our villa concierge, was kind, present and gracious. The entire team, which includes the chefs and their assistants, the bartenders, housekeeping and maintenance–treated my guests and me like royalty. The food was authentic and amazing, the drinks constantly flowing, the rooms and all living/sleeping parts of the property are immaculate.

  My event was five days, and many guests never left the properties because of the amenities that are available or that can be arranged by the villa team. Special Dietary Needs? We’ve Got You! Massages? Yes! Yoga? Yes! Karaoke? Yes! Special Events? No problem!

  My birthday dinner was held near the beach, and when I say it was truly special, it is such an understatement. From the table to the delicious cakeS (plural), everything was perfect.

  I would highly recommend Riviera Maya Haciendas. They know how to create high end, one of a kind experiences. A++++

  Special shout out to Paco (Concierge), Amparo, Agustin, Veronica, Graciela, Ingrid, Josue, Flor and Oscar (chef team), Eduardo, Patricio, Carlos and Yahir (Best Bartenders in the Riviera Maya)! You made my event one that I will remember for a lifetime.

  ★★★★★ A True 7-Star Experience — Effortless Luxury at Its Finest

  We rented Hacienda Jaguar in Puerto Aventuras, and I can say without hesitation that this was one of the most exceptional experiences our group has ever had.

  Everything about this property — and I mean everything — was spectacular. From the cuisine, to the staff, to the bartenders, to the housekeeping team, every detail was handled at the highest possible level. The service was flawless, intuitive, and completely effortless.

  Friends who saw the photos we shared kept saying, “That looks 5-star.”
  I was quick to correct them: No — this is 7-star.

  We paid for a 5-star experience and fully expected exactly that. What we received went far beyond anything we could have imagined. It’s incredibly rare — and honestly hard to remember another time — where you pay for something at this level and receive so much more than you ever expected.

  We traveled with 30 people, and space was never an issue — not even once. The house is enormous and thoughtfully designed, with more than enough room for everyone to spread out, relax, and truly enjoy themselves. Each bedroom felt like its own top-of-the-line luxury hotel suite — beautifully finished, incredibly comfortable, and completely private. Rain showers, in-room safes, and every modern convenience were already in place. No corners were cut. Every detail was covered.

  From the moment we arrived, we felt like movie stars — and were treated as such. Every need was anticipated before we even had to ask. Meals were exceptional, drinks were always flowing, and the home was kept immaculate throughout our stay. And most importantly, we never had to worry about a single thing.

  That’s what sets this experience apart.

  If you’re reading this and considering booking, know this:
  You can completely let go.
  You don’t need to plan, manage, or stress over anything. You simply show up and enjoy.

  I will offer one sincere warning:
  Do not come here unless you are prepared to ruin every vacation you take after this.
  In my opinion, it will be extremely difficult — if not impossible — to replicate this level of comfort, service, and overall experience anywhere else.

  When I say we had a great time, that doesn’t even come close to describing it. The pool was warm, and the kids were swimming from the moment they woke up until the sun went down every single day. It was the perfect family getaway — luxurious, relaxing, fun, and completely stress-free.

  This property is truly over the top in the best possible way and is ideal for even the most discerning guests. If you’re looking to genuinely treat yourself, your friends, and your family to something unforgettable — something that exceeds expectations in every category — I cannot recommend Hacienda Jaguar highly enough.

  Pure luxury. Completely effortless. Simply extraordinary.

  Amazing experience… I had relatively high expectations (because we had our wedding here and, ya know, wanted everything to be perfect and whatnot lol) and they exceeded them!

  Laurie went above and beyond in helping us plan activities and was a pleasure to communicate with throughout our experience. All of the staff were superb. Not a thing they didn’t think of or plan ahead on. Everyone was super friendly and we will DEFINITELY be coming back for vacation with friends!

  We stayed at Jaguar and Del Mar, both were unreal. The rooms and vibes were fantastic, right at the beach… you can’t beat it.

  I stayed at Hacienda Jaguar for a women’s retreat in November, and it was truly one of the most magical experiences I’ve ever had.

  We brought 16 women and still had more than enough space — every corner of the villa felt intentionally designed to bring people together while still offering plenty of privacy.

  THE FOOD

  The food was next-level incredible. Every single meal somehow topped the one before. Our group had everything from shellfish allergies to gluten sensitivities, vegans, and vegetarians… and every single person felt fully accommodated without ever feeling like a burden.

  Chef Jiovani and his team cooked with so much love, and even made us late-night leftovers (which we LOVED). His smile genuinely lit up the room.

  THE VILLA

  Breathtaking doesn’t even begin to describe this place. Even though the sun didn’t come out while we were there, we still had a blast. The huge sectional became our nightly gathering spot for girl talk. The heated pool made afternoon cocktails extra fun. The beach was peaceful and felt private — we paddle-boarded, kayaked (using the villas equipment) and took the dreamiest sunset walks. A few mosquitos here and there, but nothing that affected our stay.

  The dining area was perfect for big family-style dinners, and the open-concept design truly makes you feel like you’re living in luxury. Every bedroom was beautifully decorated, and unbelievably comfortable. I literally fell asleep to the sound of ocean waves. Bathrooms were modern, spacious, and fully stocked. Housekeeping kept everything fresh and immaculate every day.

  THE STAFF

  The staff MADE this experience.

  Concierge Laurie was incredible — responsive, kind, and always ten steps ahead. If we needed something (like missing hair dryers), she handled it instantly. She even drove some of our girls to get mani/pedis. Truly the reason things went so well without any hiccups.

  Eric, our butler… what a gem. He made the entire trip effortless. Drinks in hand, constant laughs, dancing with us — he honestly became “one of the girls.” We adored him.

  THE NEIGHBORHOOD

  A quiet, gated community that feels extremely safe. It’s located near a small school, and everyone gets around on golf-cart-style vehicles. We walked around by ourselves and felt safe. The marina is only a 5 minute walk too, which is a bonus.

  THE EXPERIENCES

  Every activity Laurie (concierge/organizer) recommended was a hit —

  1. The boat ride and snorkelling (the company was Riviera Elite)

  2. The live DJ who came to the villa (name was Uno Audiovisual). He had us so hype we were dancing in the pool fully clothed at 10pm LOL

  3. Morning yoga and meditation (her name was Olga).

  10/10 experience. We will be coming back for sure and will bring our whole family next time!

  This was the most beautiful and well equipped condo we have stayed in, during our many visits to the Riviera Maya. Yes, the electricity and water were out in the whole town for our first 24 hours, but Laura did her best to keep us informed on updates from the electric company. She also sent recommendations for a lovely beach and several cenotes to help us stay cool. Once the power came back on, everything was perfect!

  We recently stayed at Hacienda Jaguar for a company retreat and it was amazing. Highly recommend for groups, companies and of course it would make a beautiful wedding or special party venue. The Hacienda was fully staffed and their service was that of a luxury resort. We can’t thank that team enough (especially Jorge and Eduardo) for making our stay a seamless one. Thank you!
