  What an absolutely gorgeous place. Every single detail was so thoughtfully executed that it honestly felt like the staff could read minds. Water magically appeared before you realized you were thirsty, everything ran seamlessly, and somehow every interaction felt warm and personal instead of overly “resort-y.”

  The venue itself is unreal, the food was delish, and the entire staff made the whole wedding weekend feel effortless from start to finish.

  And Ana Laura? Absolute legend. The woman deserves her own loyalty program. She handled everything with so much care, attention to detail, and grace that I’m convinced she was running the entire place telepathically.

  We truly cannot say enough incredible things about Riviera Maya Haciendas. After our original wedding venue was unexpectedly cancelled just 9 days before our wedding, we were devastated and scrambling to figure out what to do. Enter RMH, they saved our wedding.

  From the very first moment, their team stepped in with compassion, professionalism, and a level of care that went far beyond anything we could have imagined. They handled everything so seamlessly, making what felt like an impossible situation turn into the most magical, stress-free experience.

  The property itself is absolutely stunning, but what truly sets RMH apart is their people. Laurie and Liz were nothing short of angels. They went above and beyond for us in every possible way, making us feel supported, heard, and genuinely cared for throughout the entire process. We will never forget what they did for us.

  Our wedding day ended up being more beautiful than we ever could have dreamed, and that is entirely thanks to Riviera Maya Haciendas.

  If you are considering RMH for your wedding, event, or stay, do it. We couldn’t recommend them more highly.

  Epic reunion of thirteen couples at Hacienda Magica! Frederico “Suave” and Alan provided excellent service from start to finish and were warm and friendly throughout our stay. Veronica the chef and the kitchen staff made so many excellent meals. Paco brought it all together with perfect coordination of our whole itinerary. The margaritas flowed. The trip between pickleball court and pool became routine. What a beautiful place. We’ll be back.

  The location and staff are excellent. The rooms are clean and the service exceeds expectations. This is used as a conference for several of my business associates so we are able to work, relax and enjoy all at the same place. Have been multiple times and it’s always been a good experience.

  I held a 60th birthday party in Haciendas Jaguar and Magica for 35 people. From the moment my guests and I stepped on the property, the team at Riviera Maya Haciendas made sure that our every need was attended to. Paco C., our villa concierge, was kind, present and gracious. The entire team, which includes the chefs and their assistants, the bartenders, housekeeping and maintenance–treated my guests and me like royalty. The food was authentic and amazing, the drinks constantly flowing, the rooms and all living/sleeping parts of the property are immaculate.

  My event was five days, and many guests never left the properties because of the amenities that are available or that can be arranged by the villa team. Special Dietary Needs? We’ve Got You! Massages? Yes! Yoga? Yes! Karaoke? Yes! Special Events? No problem!

  My birthday dinner was held near the beach, and when I say it was truly special, it is such an understatement. From the table to the delicious cakeS (plural), everything was perfect.

  I would highly recommend Riviera Maya Haciendas. They know how to create high end, one of a kind experiences. A++++

  Special shout out to Paco (Concierge), Amparo, Agustin, Veronica, Graciela, Ingrid, Josue, Flor and Oscar (chef team), Eduardo, Patricio, Carlos and Yahir (Best Bartenders in the Riviera Maya)! You made my event one that I will remember for a lifetime.

  Everything about the stay was absolutely amazing—from the beautiful accommodations to the perfect location. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

  What really stood out was the quality of service. The staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and made me feel right at home throughout the entire stay. Laurie, our concierge, was amazing.  Especially since we went from this being a laid back trip to adding an additional golfing outing and accommodating a fishing request.  Our butlers, Frederico and Tayo, were amazing.
  The chefs were extremely talented and the food was delicious!!  When it was commented that someone would prefer to have cheese on the side, they immediately revamped the menu to accommodate accommodations.  The celebration meal was outstanding!! We had an amazing surf and turf meal.  I don’t think any of us had ever seen lobsters that size before!!  When the staff found out there was another birthday, they made additional cakes.  The look on everyone’s face was one of wonder and awe!!
  The housekeeping and maintenance staff was on point.

  I recently stayed at this location to celebrate my mom’s birthday and parents’ anniversary. The accommodations were absolutely perfect!! What made the stay was the staff. Every single person was warm and extremely helpful. Our concierge, Laurie, went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Her daily check in ls made use feel as though we were her only clients. Fredericio and Tayo were wonderful additions with their attentiveness. The food was divine. Everyone kept going back for more. I would highly Hacienda Magica and can’t wait to return.

  Our stay at the house was unforgettable from beginning to end. The staff was extremely helpful and was available to our every need. The food was remarkable, and every single guest was blow away by the quality and quantity of the food that was provided (after additional payment). The house is fully equipped for practically anything you can possibly need at the beach, including sporting gear (rackets, balls, volleyball nets), towels, A/C, and even cable TV.
  Would definitely recommend for large groups of any kind.
  Be aware that an additional 10% will (should) be added to the listed price for tips, which can only be paid in cash at the property.

  my family booked this for our thanksgiving holiday and 15 out of 19 of us got very very sick. It really put a damper on our vacation. Not sure if the villa wasn’t cleaned properly or the food made us sick. The staff was great but I would not go back ever!!

  Hacienda Kukulkan had everything one could ask for at a beach retreat! From the scenic views to the amazing food and service, this house was perfect. Being in a gated community it was a very safe environment with restaurants, bars, shops, and ice cream within walking distance. With bikes, a tennis court, stand up paddle boards, and kayaks, all beach activities were easily accessible! The perfect vacation spot!!

  I highly recommend this place. Its is as gorgeous in person as in the pictures. The staff was extremely helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and overall fun to spend a week with. The food was delicious and authentic. The place is immaculate and close to so many fun things to do. The pool and view is breathtakingly beautiful and I have not one complaint from my magical week in paradise.

  Hacienda Magica was PERFECT for our family of 20! The kids loved being able to play at either the beach or the pool in such close proximity. They had lots of fun water activities (kayaks, paddle boards, surf boards) and the pickleball/tennis court was also a huge hit with everyone. The rooms and all accommodations were luxurious and well maintained. And I can’t say enough good things about the staff! They were wonderful and so kind. The food was incredible, any drinks whenever we wanted, and it was clean and tidy the whole time. It was truly like being at our own private resort. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

  I traveled to Hacienda Magica with a group of 22 women for a bachelorette. I was a little apprehensive at first but upon arrival realized that the pictures don’t the property justice. The property and rooms are so beautiful and comfortable. The staff is amazing- from the concierge, wait staff, cleaning staff & bartenders. Top tier service our entire stay. The whole party was impressed. We also all loved the food. The price is worth it because they give you so much and everything was tasty and fresh. We all would definitely come back to stay & recommend others to.

  I just got married at Hacienda Magica & we absolutely love it here. My brother for married here last year & we had such a good experience that we decided to get married here as well. It has become a home away from home. We used all 3 villas since we had a large wedding party. What made me really happy is the guests literally would not stop raving about how good the service was. Everyone was talking about how nice the staff is, how fast the service was, & just how happy they were. I worked with Laurie who manages the villas for the weeks leading up until the wedding & she was so accommodating. We also had a lot of guests who keep kosher & the staff was extremely accommodating to their needs as well. I hope to be back at the villas for a large family vacation some time soon. We love it there. Thank you for the best weekend of our life!!

  From start to finish, Hacienda Magica was perfect! The pictures on the website do not do the villa justice. The setting around the pool is magnificent ! There are plenty of shady spaces to doze off with a book and plenty of sun chairs for the sunbathers all with the views to the ocean. The pool is large and lovely. And if you have young children, they won’t leave the pool the entire day! I can’t say enough about the staff. Our concierge assisted us with Every aspect of our trip—from scheduling and rescheduling transportation to recommending and scheduling adventures we wished to take. The butlers were at out beckon call all day and interacted with our little ones so beautifully. They were So kind. Housekeeping was also amazaing. IN and out of our rooms at breakfast and replacing wet beach towels all day long. The rooms were furnished with all amenities and even the pillows and beds were high quality. Dining is under the stars —so romantic—and the menu choices for the week for Every meal were amazing! The chef catered to everyone including those with special dietary needs. Even the location in the gated community is great! It is safe and friendly, and large enough for our “marathon runners” to get in their morning runs. Hacienda Magica is just as its name suggests : A most magical place!

  We stayed at Hacienda Magica in February/March 2023. The attention of each employee there is spectacular, they are incredible and they make you feel like a king. The staff is willing to collaborate, to give support in whatever you need from transportation, tourism, guided tours, etc. They were 5 very profitable days where we were able to work, enjoy the pool, the beach and its kayaks, the tennis court, the comforts of the living room with a giant TV and the delicious food.

  Hacienda Magica was actually magical!

  My company stayed here for a company retreat, and the entire experience was phenomenal. The food and service was impeccable. The house location, architecture, and views were unreal. 5 stars without question!

  If you can afford to stay here, you will not regret it. Book it immediately!
