Booking Payment Policy
To confirm your reservation, please pay 50% of the total rental amount within 7 days of booking. If we don’t receive payment within this period, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
The balance of the total rental amount must be paid at least 60 (sixty) days prior to arrival date.
The balance of the rental amount for holiday bookings must be paid before August 1st of the corresponding traveling year. If the deposit or the balance of the total rental amount is not paid on time, the booking will be automatically canceled with no refund.
If the booking is within 60 (sixty) days of the arrival date, payment of the total rental amount must be paid in full within the next 7 (seven) days of the request.
Booking Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests received 60+ (sixty +) days prior to arrival day is subject to the full refund of the amount paid less a $200 USD (per villa) cancellation fee.
Cancellation requests received between 60 and 0 (sixty and zero) days prior to arrival day are non-refundable and non-cancelable.
Holiday bookings (between December 15th and January 10th) are 100% non-refundable and non-cancelable, with no consideration of the cancellation request date.
Early checkout and no-shows are not refundable.
Damage Waiver Fee
RMH charges an additional damage waiver fee per stay.
Added to the booking total.
The damage waiver fee includes accidental damages to the property and its items in excess of “normal wear and tear” during the guest’s stay.
The fee is not refundable after check-in.
