What is The Luxury Estate?
Most large groups end up split across hotel floors or scattered rentals. The Luxury Estate is the opposite. Book all four haciendas and your family or friends share one private, beachfront property in Puerto Aventuras, with the haciendas side by side rather than spread across a resort.
You choose the size. Two haciendas for a smaller reunion, three for a larger celebration, or all four when the whole group comes together. Each hacienda is always rented privately, so the estate is yours alone for the dates you hold.

You can rent two, three, or all four. When you take part of the estate, the haciendas you book sit next to each other, so you always have one continuous private space, never a gap with another group in the middle.

One estate, not a scattered resort
In a hotel, a group of fifty is spread across floors and wings, and getting everyone to dinner means a lobby, an elevator, or a golf cart. The Luxury Estate works differently. The haciendas sit side by side, so guests move between them, and to the shared living rooms, dining areas, pools, and the beach, on foot and in moments.
Grandparents, kids, and friends stay close without being on top of one another. The whole group can gather for dinner and still scatter to separate haciendas at the end of the night.

Everything handled, on your schedule
Each hacienda comes with full staff: a private chef, a butler, a bartender, housekeeping, and a concierge. Nobody in your group is checking a watch for the restaurant’s last seating or waiting for a table.
Meals run on your timing and your tastes. Tell the chef when the kids eat, when the adults want a long dinner, and what the group is in the mood for. Breakfast by the pool, a late lunch after the beach, a private dinner for a birthday: the kitchen works around your day. You are not one more guest in a line. You are the only group on the estate.

Things to do across the estate and the Riviera Maya
Days on the estate can be as full or as quiet as your group wants. On the property: the beach, private pools, and space for the whole group to gather. In Puerto Aventuras: a gated marina town with restaurants, a dolphinarium, and a calm, walkable setting. Across the Riviera Maya: cenotes, snorkeling, the reefs off Akumal, and the Mayan sites within an easy drive. Puerto Aventuras is about 1 hour from Cancún International Airport.
Your concierge arranges any of it before you arrive, so the planning is done by the time the group lands.

Can we rent only some of the haciendas?
Yes. Reserve two, three, or all four. A partial booking is always of adjacent haciendas, so the estate stays one connected, private space with no other group inside it. Each hacienda is rented privately.
How many people can stay across all four haciendas?
Up to 114 guests, in 51 suites, making the estate ideal for large groups. Each hacienda also works on its own for smaller groups, starting at four bedrooms.
Is the estate good for a multigenerational family or a group of friends?

Are meals included?
Each hacienda comes with a private chef and full staff. Meals are planned around your group's schedule and preferences, with no restaurant lines or fixed seatings. Food and drink are billed separately: your concierge sets up a meal plan with you before you arrive.
