  We spent a week at the beautiful Hacienda Del Mar celebrating our wedding with family, and the experience exceeded all expectations. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional staff, especially Patricio, Paco and Carlos. Their attentiveness, warmth and commitment to outstanding service made our celebration even more special. Additionally the food was incredible – every meal was amazing. We created memories that will last a lifetime and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an unforgettable vacation experience.

  Hacienda Del Mar was the utmost perfect venue for my wedding this past June. The setting was intimate, private, and authentically Mexican. Every corner of the property was picture perfect and our photos were more beautiful than we could have imagined.
  Not to mention, the management and staff were so helpful and worked seamlessly with our planner and vendors.
  I’m so happy we went with Hacienda Del Mar and thank you for making our dream wedding a reality. It was truly everything we hoped for and more!

  The best set up for a large group like a bachelorette. Plenty of beds and every room has its own bathroom. They are set up for any activity you want and the food was amazing! We never went hungry or without a drink. The staff made everything so easy and they brought the best vibes. Couldn’t recommend enough!

  We absolutely loved our time at Hacienda Del Mar earlier this month. Our stay was for a milestone birthday weekend and it did not disappoint. Our guests were in awe of our accommodations and the incredible backdrop. The villa staff were incredible and every meal was special and absolutely delicious. Everyone had a smile on their face and were there to make our stay special. Paco, our concierge, was there for any need we had throughout and to ensure all was going according to plan. RMH is wonderful for a special group trip!

  Laurie and the team here are amazing. Villa La Joya was shut down a week before our wedding and we were able to move our vendors to the Del Mar villa and Laurie ensured everything went according to plan. Although we only had 2 hours here prior to the wedding day since it was all sprung upon us last minute, we still had an amazing event and Laurie was extremely helpful with everything leading up to the wedding and on the day of. Highly recommend this location for anybody looking for a wedding venue!

  Our stay was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The staff were incredibly attentive, kind, and helpful every step of the way, and they truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us and our guests. Every interaction felt warm and genuine, and it really made the whole experience feel special.

  We chose this location for our wedding, and it could not have been a better decision. The setting was beautiful, the atmosphere was relaxed yet elegant, and the team made the entire event feel effortless. They handled details with such care that we were able to truly enjoy every moment with our friends and family.

  It was honestly the perfect place to celebrate such an important milestone. We left with the best memories and so much gratitude for everyone who helped make our wedding experience so wonderful.

  10/10 – we would absolutely book again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an incredible place to stay or host a special event!

  We had our wedding at Hacienda Del Mar in Puerto Aventuras, México, and it was truly the most incredible experience we could have imagined. From the moment we arrived, every detail was taken care of. It felt like having all the amenities of a luxury all-inclusive resort—but in an intimate, private villa just for us and our guests.
  Our wedding festivities included over 80 people, and the property was absolutely perfect for hosting a group of that size. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax, celebrate, and enjoy the entire experience together while still feeling private and exclusive. The beautiful beachfront was one of our favorite parts—the views were stunning and it created the most amazing backdrop for our celebrations and photos.
  The staff was absolutely outstanding. The chefs, bartenders, and entire team went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and cared for. The food and drinks were AMAZING, and even services like laundry and daily housekeeping made our stay completely stress-free.
  A special thank you to Laurie, the concierge, who was so kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. She made everything easy and was always there when we needed anything.
  We also can’t say enough about Sandy, the wedding planner included with the villa. She was phenomenal and helped bring everything together so seamlessly. Our wedding day—and the entire three days of celebrations during our four-day stay—was absolutely perfect.
  If you’re looking for a venue that offers luxury, privacy, and truly first-class service, Hacienda Del Mar is unmatched.

The staff were fantastic—Eric and Frederico were especially attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly. The kitchen staff truly impressed us with consistently high-quality meals that the entire group enjoyed. Overall, an excellent experience and a stay we’ll absolutely remember.

  What a beautiful experience we just had at Hacienda Corazon and Hacienda Del Mar! We were celebrating milestone birthdays together as a large group and the RMH team was just tremendous to work with. Meals were terrific and the service was top notch! Our concierge (Paco) was extremely helpful with any support that was needed during our stay. The place really is as beautiful as it appears in the photos! We would highly recommend staying here for your own memorable moments.

  Our family spent last Thanksgiving week at Hacienda Del Mar in Rivera Maya Haciendas and couldn’t more highly recommend this property for a family or large group outing. The staff is extraordinary. Graciela, Gladys, and Flor were fantastic chef’s, Jorge and Jair provided fantastic service and bar tending and Paco was always there for us as our concierge. An amazing and totally service oriented staff. Beautiful property in all regards. Go for it!

  Once again the folks at RMH Luxury Vacation Villas did not disappoint. What a great week with family and friends. From Chef Delfi to our bartenders Lalo and Pato, the level of attention and service was like no other. Not only did they make us feel at home, but their hospitality was on a different level. And of course I can’t thank our concierge enough Ana Laura, she was unbelievably attentive in all manners in our stay (boat ride, cigars, piñata, trio, magician, and more). Not only do I recommend the the haciendas, but definitely recommend her on your next stay in Riviera Maya. Thanks again and we’ll definitely be back soon! -Pedro

  I travel for my job, but the service from the staff is quite possibly the BEST I have had anywhere in the world! Our concierge Laurie was wonderful and making sure our stay was EXACTLY what we wanted. The butlers Lalo and Yair were top notch and exceptionally in every way.

  We purchased the good package and boy am I glad we did! It was so wonderful having every meal taken care of for us so we could focus on the content of the retreat. I was absolutely delicious and the chef literally made us anything we asked for.

  I do not have enough stars to give for this place, the only thing I can say is we will be back! Again and again! Thank you Riviera Maya Haciendas and Agave Villas!

  We rented Hacienda Del Mar and it was hands down the BEST vacation home I’ve ever rented (and I most always rent vs. hotels) and we will 100% be returning. The home is immaculate, incredibly clean and well decorated, furniture/beds are beyond comfortable, linens are superior, toiletries are top of the line, the HVAC in the rooms was nice and cold, Pool was large enough for all 21 of us, and we had paddleboards and kayaks. And I can’t say enough about the staff.. The Chef’s made some of the best meals we’ve ever had (never had to leave the house for food), and the bartenders were MORE than happy to provide any cocktail we wanted (and were onsite from 9am-9pm). If we were ever out of alcohol, they made sure to replenish. Paco (house concierge) was more than accommodating to our every need, no matter how big or small. The communication from start to finish couldn’t have been better, and the house is gated (also in the gated town of Puerto Aventuras) so safety was never a concern. We had private vehicle transport from the airport to the house (I’d recommend STP Caribe for all transport). I went through Villas of Distinction to book, and Mary Giles setup everything on the front end, and my group of (21) had nothing but incredible things to say! And we had zero issues with seaweed. BOOK THE HOUSE.

  Absolutely Exceptional Stay at Hacienda Del Mar

  Everything about Hacienda Del Mar exceeded our expectations. The house itself was stunning—spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were comfortable, the family room was cozy and inviting, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the pool was a true highlight.

  What truly set this stay apart, though, was the incredible staff and host. We were treated to freshly prepared breakfast, lunch, and dinner each day, with meals beautifully presented and a table thoughtfully set with drinks. Their hospitality made us feel pampered and at home.

  The location is also ideal—there’s a charming, quaint town within walking distance along the beach, which made for peaceful morning and evening strolls.

  We would absolutely love to return and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious escape.

  We had an absolutely amazing time at Hacienda Del Mar with the Riviera Maya Hacienda Team.

  We rented out the entire Hacienda Del Mar villa for our 29-person large joint bach party and could not be happier with how everything went. It was like the best of both worlds between an airbnb + a 5 star hotel.

  From the helping to coordinate everything before the stay to being our point person throughout the stay, our concierge Laurie was top-notch and everything went so smoothly because of her! Thank you Laurie!!

  The staff, especially our bartenders/servers were so amazingly kind and provided the level of personalized service I would expect at a 5-star luxury hotel.

  The food was absolutely incredible and was a surprise highlight of our trip. Would recommend this to anyone and would love to come back in the future if we can make it happen! Thank you RMH!

  I recently had the pleasure of booking this stunning property for a corporate retreat, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. The property is made up of a collection of beautifully maintained houses, all managed by the same team. This allowed us to host a group of 60 guests for 4 nights. One of the standout features is that every guest room comes with its own ensuite bathroom—an absolute game-changer for group travel.

  The staff was incredibly gracious and genuinely hospitable, going above and beyond to ensure every moment of our stay was exceptional. Their in-house catering was equally impressive, serving delicious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

  A huge part of what made the retreat so seamless was the incredible concierge. She helped coordinate every detail—from airport transportation to outings to a local cenote and ATV tours. She also helped bring entertainment into the haciendas, like a casino night and yoga class, and elevated our dinners with beautiful tablescapes and decor. Her attention to detail and calm, capable approach made everything so easy, and I appreciated her support immensely.

  The setting is breathtaking, and the decor throughout the property is thoughtfully curated and stylish. I truly couldn’t be happier with how our event came together here—it exceeded every expectation. Highly recommended for retreats, group gatherings, or any special event.

  My wife and I got married at Riviera Maya Haciendas (specifically Hacienda Del Mar) two weeks ago – it was an amazing experience and the perfect venue for our wedding. The venue itself is beautiful and provided many great locations for the wedding, from the lush garden to the architecturally interesting courtyard to the peaceful oceanside pool and patio. So many of our guests told us how much they loved it. The hacienda team (Laurie, Sandra, Liz, and more) was also great to work with. And the chef and services team also contributed to a wonderful stay. We’d love to return!

  I can’t express enough how much we enjoyed our stay at the Hacienda del Mar! We got married there last weekend and everything – welcome party, wedding, reception – was held on site. It was the perfect venue – from the beautiful and unique rooms rooms to the shared spaces to the amazingly manicured grounds including beachfront property and a pool! And the staff – they are truly incredible! The chefs, the bartenders, the concierge, the wedding coordinator and the reservationist were very friendly, accommodating and professional from start to finish; and they helped us execute a wonderful and beautiful event enjoyed by all 60 attendees! We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our wedding weekend and are eternally grateful to have had this experience! Each and every detail of our experience has created a new standard for our future vacations – the bar has been set very high! We can’t wait to visit the Riviera Maya Haciendas again in the future! BIG thanks to everyone there – it was the BEST!

  We just got back from our wedding down in Puerto Aventuras, Mexico. We stayed at both the Hacienda Del Mar and Hacienda Corazon properties with 39 guests (2 children and 37 adults). The properties are nothing short of amazing! The view of the ocean from the back porch, the beautiful rooms, the location on the beach, the sea kayaks, and the relaxed and laid back nature of the entire place. We absolutely loved it! We were in perfect hands with the hacienda staff taking care of us. They cleaned the rooms and houses daily, always providing fresh towels for our many dips in the pool. Any request we had, Laura, the concierge gladly handled. We even had mani/pedis scheduled by the pool for ultimate relaxation for the girls. If you’re looking for a wonderful property to host a large event or an intimate gathering, these haciendas are it! The staff is incredible, the location is amazing and even better … the entire place is yours to enjoy with your friends and family during your stay. It was truly a memorable experience and we cannot wait to come back once again! To the entire staff at the haciendas including Marina and Laura, thank you for making our wedding week incredible. This is something we will never forget and cannot wait to come back and do it all again some day!

  We recently booked the villa for a small company retreat for twelve people and had a fantastic, relaxing experience. The villa is right on the beach, is beautifully decorated and conveniently designed. The patio and pool area ended up being our main place for visiting, working and dining. All of the suites were well enough away from this activity should someone want solitude or nap. The main dining area was very accommodating and still intimate for conversation. Beautifully appointed rooms, most with their own dedicated full bath. The service was amazing. We had two personal chefs, Esmeralda and Alonso, a service person, Carlos and a concierge, Mimi. The food was great! We ate so well at each meal with snacks in between. They accommodated our liquor and beer requests with no problem. Mimi helped organize a few of us to visit the Tulum ruins and one of the local cenotes. Having stayed here, I will rethink any consideration of a group trip to any resort, this experience has been that much more personal and engaging. Highly recommend for destination wedding families, friend get-togethers or company retreats.

  First of all we would like to send you a big big Thank You to all the staff working at the Hacienda. All of you were so nice, friendly, very professional, efficient, attentive and we already miss you. We miss Carlos’s smile and his fantastic cocktails always ready before asking. We miss Chef Esme’s guacamole, the best in the world and all the awesome dishes she prepared for us every days. We miss Mimi’s energy and her wonderful personality, the perfect mix between nordic efficiency and mexican hospitality. She is a superstar! Always with her special can-do attitude, she helped us with tour and transportation reservations. Everything was more than perfect in every details. The Hacienda is such an amazing and relaxing place, a peaceful heaven. A superb property where you can really feel the real mexican vibe. The service was outstanding, the food was delicious and all the people we met there will remain in our heart forever.
  We are so glad to have chosen the Hacienda to celebrate our wedding, we couldn’t have asked for more. We had a great time, lots of fun and all the guests were so happy. We just can’t stop talking about our extraordinary experience.
  We hope to have the opportunity to come back in the future and see you again!
  We definitely recommend this property to others, you won’t be disappointed.

  We visited Hacienda del Mar for our family vacation. There are no words strong enough to describe how perfect our vacation was!
  The location and decor are simply magical. Very comfortable and private; but safe and close enough to town for those who like visiting.
  The staff; mainly Carlos, Esme, Martin, Irlanda and of course Mimi were splendid! Always striving for perfection which they greatly achieve. The food and drinks were always amazing!
  We were 15 people in our party: 8 children ages 4-14 and 7 adults. Two of our guests had severe food allergies. The staff were very professional; at all times we were reassured that the proper security measures were taken so there was no issues.
  The kids were free to play and enjoy the amenities and at no time we were made to feel like they were a disturbance; quite the contrary! One night Martin was blowing bubbles to entertain the little ones during dinner, and Carlos was providing the kids with new toys. So sweet!
  And also the fantastic Mimi, always attentive and available to assist and ensure everything was perfect.
  The kayaks and boards, beach and pool toys were very appreciated. The view is absolutely stunning! Unfortunately the beach is quite rocky and we did not even attempt to go in the water in front of the villa. However, there is a beautiful beach about 5 minute walk in the sand from the Villa. Once we discovered this, the kids always wanted to go play in that area.
  We found the satellite TV was quite unreliable. Although we were not there to watch tv, we were happy that we had brought our own Apple TV as an alternative.

  Thanks to the staff at Hacienda del Mar, our family vacation will never be forgotten!

  Let me start by saying we had the BEST vacation at Hacienda del Mar. We had our wedding at this beautiful Hacienda and booked our stay with our family and friends, staying a total of 6 days. Our guest were over the moon for how attentive our butlers both named Jorge Perez and our chef Agustin. Our concierge Laurie was also always available if needed and was promptly with her responses if we needed anything. Sandy our wedding planner made sure our wedding day went smoothly and that our day was truly special without all the stress! Truly amazing staff! Will definitely go back and recommend this Hacienda!!

  The Most Beautiful Wedding Venue!!!

  Our wedding planner recommended this venue and it did not disappoint! Hacienda del Mar is where we had our wedding celebration and all our guests stayed on-site. Pictures do not do this location justice–it truly looks like something straight out of a movie. The views are beautiful, the rooms were impeccable, and the staff is the most attentive and hospitable staff I have ever encountered! I could not have imagined a more perfect wedding venue or better accommodations for our guests. If you are looking at booking this location, 10/10 would recommend.

  We had a wonderful stay!!! The house, staff, service was impeccable!! We also really enjoyed our yoga class, catamaran outing with the delicious food and our massages. The staff went above and beyond to make my friend Claudia’s birthday special. We had a group of 10 women and we all agreed the house, location, food, service was was wonderful.

  We had the most wonderful week at Hacienda Del Mar from the welcome drink, delicious meals, to Laurie and everyone trying to help us figure our departure paperwork. Which much as I expected we didn’t even need once we got to the airport. They were so kind to try to help us though!!
