Christmas and New Year’s weeks typically reserve 6–12 months in advance. Nearly 40% of our festive guests are returning families.
Puerto Aventuras is a gated beachfront community with 24/7 security. Our staff are long-term, trusted team members who have been with us for years.
December and early January are historically among the lowest sargassum months, and the community maintains daily beach cleaning crews. Each hacienda also features a large private pool.

Rates and Fees
All rates are in USD and subject to 22% tax (16% VAT + 6% Lodging Tax).
A non-refundable damage waiver fee of $300 USD per Hacienda, per stay, applies.
Rates are based on double occupancy (2 guests per bedroom).
For additional guests (above 2 per bedroom), please add $80 USD per person per night, plus applicable taxes.
Booking and Payment Policy
To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit of the total rental amount is required within 7 calendar days of your booking request.
If the deposit is not received within this time frame, the reservation will be automatically canceled without notice.
The remaining balance for holiday bookings (Christmas and New Year’s weeks) must be paid in full no later than August 1st of the year of travel.
Failure to pay the remaining balance by this deadline will result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of all payments.
For reservations made within 60 days of arrival, the full rental amount is due within 7 calendar days of booking confirmation.
Cancellation Policy – Holiday Bookings
All holiday bookings (including Christmas and New Year’s weeks) are non-refundable.
Cancellations for holiday bookings, regardless of notice period, will incur a 100% penalty of the total rental amount.
No refunds are provided for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage to protect your investment.
