01Who runs this site

rivieramayahaciendas.com is run by Riviera Maya Haciendas, S.A. de C.V. (RFC RMH091106HR7), Punta Matzoma 15, Puerto Aventuras, Solidaridad, Quintana Roo 77733, Mexico (“Riviera Maya Haciendas”, “we”). By using the site you accept these terms.

02The information on the site

We describe the houses, services, prices and availability in good faith and keep them up to date, but they can change and mistakes can happen. Photos show the houses as they were when taken. Prices are in US dollars and taxes are added as shown on your quote, unless it says otherwise.

Nothing on the site is a binding offer. If we find a mistake in a price or a description, we will tell you before you book, or as soon as we find it.

03Bookings

A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you in writing. It is then governed by the rental agreement you sign and by our payment, cancellation and refund terms, which prevail over anything else on this site.

If you book through another platform (for example Airbnb, Vrbo or Booking.com) or through a travel advisor, that platform’s or advisor’s terms also apply to your booking.

04Using the site

Use the site for your own trip planning, lawfully and in good faith. Please don’t send false requests, try to get into parts of the site that aren’t public, interfere with how it works, or copy its content in bulk by automated means.

05Photos, text and our name

The text, photos, videos, logos and the Riviera Maya Haciendas name belong to us or are used with permission. You may share a link or a page for personal use; for anything else, ask us first at rentals@rivieramayahaciendas.com.

06Other sites

Links to other sites (maps, reviews, booking platforms, social networks) are there for convenience. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

07Liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we can’t promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising only from using the site or from relying on its content without a confirmed booking.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law, including, in Mexico, the Federal Consumer Protection Law (PROFECO).

08Your data

How we collect and use personal data is explained in our privacy notice.

09Law and courts

These terms are governed by the federal laws of Mexico. Any dispute goes to the competent courts of Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, unless consumer law gives you the right to another forum.

10Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. The version in force when you use the site is the one that applies.
