Questions

How are experiences priced?

Each one is priced on request. Tell your concierge what you would like and they send you the price before anything is booked.

How far ahead should we ask?

The earlier the better for boats, golf and anything for a big group: ideally when you book the house, or with the pre-arrival form. Smaller things can be arranged during your stay.

Is the marina really walking distance?

Yes. The marina in Puerto Aventuras is about five minutes on foot from the haciendas, so boats, fishing and diving leave from there, with no transfer to Cancún or Playa del Carmen.

Can we bring our own planner?

Yes. Outside planners are welcome, and our team coordinates the house staff with them. Performers and services at the house are booked through your concierge.

Is there something for children?

Yes: kayaks and paddle boards off the beach, yoga for kids, piñatas, a magician or a circus show at the house, and half days out to the cenotes, the turtles or the monkey sanctuary.

How late can the music go?

Outdoor amplified music in Puerto Aventuras ends at 11 pm by community rules. After that the party moves into the courtyards, where the thick hacienda walls hold the sound in.
