Valid for bookings made 180 days or more prior to check-in. Not eligible to be combined with any other promotion.
Booking policies
A 50% deposit of the total rental amount is required within 7 calendar days to confirm the reservation. If payment is not received within this period, the reservation will be automatically canceled. The remaining balance must be paid at least 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations made 181 days or more before arrival: full refund of the amount paid, less a USD $200 cancellation fee per villa. Cancellations made 180 days or less before arrival: non-refundable and non-cancelable.
