Four beachfront estates in Puerto Aventuras — Hacienda del Mar, Hacienda Corazón, Hacienda Mágica, and Hacienda Jaguar — each with its own Chef, concierge, and staff. Book from 4 suites up to the full estate, up to 126 guests combined. However the group grows, the terrace stays exclusively yours.

There’s always some reason to gather — a birthday, an anniversary, or just everyone finally being in the same place. The cake shows up whenever you say so, because there’s no one else’s reservation to work around.

Puerto Aventuras is gated and secure, 1 hour from the Cancun airport. Close enough to get here without a second thought. Far enough that, once you’re in, nowhere else exists.

Valid for bookings made 180 days or more prior to check-in. Not eligible to be combined with any other promotion.
Booking policies
A 50% deposit of the total rental amount is required within 7 calendar days to confirm the reservation. If payment is not received within this period, the reservation will be automatically canceled. The remaining balance must be paid at least 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations made 181 days or more before arrival: full refund of the amount paid, less a $200 USD cancellation fee per villa. Cancellations made 180 days or less before arrival: non-refundable and non-cancelable.
