A 50% deposit of the total rental amount is required within 7 calendar days to confirm the reservation. If payment is not received within this period, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations made 181 days or more before arrival: full refund of the amount paid, less a $200 USD cancellation fee per villa.
Cancellations made 180 days or less before arrival: non-refundable and non-cancelable.
