My wife and I got married at Riviera Maya Haciendas (specifically Hacienda Del Mar) two weeks ago - it was an amazing experience and the perfect venue for our wedding. The venue itself is beautiful and provided many great locations for the wedding, from the lush garden to the architecturally interesting courtyard to the peaceful oceanside pool and patio. So many of our guests told us how much they loved it. The hacienda team (Laurie, Sandra, Liz, and more) was also great to work with. And the chef and services team also contributed to a wonderful stay. We’d love to return!
Casa Serena is a beautiful condo in Puerto Aventuras. All updated appliances and air conditioning--a terrace with a wonderful view and retractable awning was usable all day long-a short walk to the pools or palapas situated on a private beach and close to restaurants, shops and activities. We loved every minute of our vacation here.
Just one request, lobby Yvonne to put two more "private" signs on the VDM resident's beach. Lots of interlopers from the public beach every day.
Recently I rented a condo through RMH, and had an excellent experience. Each renter is assigned a “concierge “, who is basically a problem solver and fo to person for any information or help. My concierge Laura rescued me when my ride to the airport fell through; she and I were in constant conversation and she walked me through a very difficult situation in terms of timing and finding the right company. She was always available when minor things went amiss at the condo, and responded immediately when we needed water, or anything else at all. We are returning next year, and I certainly hope we have the same wonderful concierge. Highly recommended.
This place is immaculate. Unbelievable staff, personalized service and wonderful food. They spoiled us.
We rented the hacienda that had 15 bedrooms for Christmas and New Year’s vacation, we spent 13 days with all my family, everything was perfect, the service outstanding! The manager Pako took care of everything we needed, the chef was incredible, excellent quality and incredibly accomplished and accommodating to all the dietary restrictions. We had the best vacation ever!
A truly incredible vacation start to finish. Paco and Eduardo took incredible care of us, and we didn’t want to leave at the end of the week. From the location, to the food, to the pool and beach, every detail was perfect. Couldn’t recommend this place any more

The Haciendas are a vacation rental villa, we are glad to receive and help you organizing your event with a minimum stay of 3 nights. The Haciendas cannot be used only as a venue for one day event.
