The house itself is impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. The rooms were exactly as pictured and smelled amazing!
I travel for my job, but the service from the staff is quite possibly the BEST I have had anywhere in the world! Our concierge Laurie was wonderful and making sure our stay was EXACTLY what we wanted. The butlers Lalo and Yair were top notch and exceptionally in every way.
We purchased the good package and boy am I glad we did! It was so wonderful having every meal taken care of for us so we could focus on the content of the retreat. I was absolutely delicious and the chef literally made us anything we asked for.
I do not have enough stars to give for this place, the only thing I can say is we will be back! Again and again! Thank you Riviera Maya Haciendas and Agave Villas!
