RMH Care Team has received a special and enhanced training for the cleaning of the rooms and the facilities of the properties.
All the staff has received a new equipment, they are wearing surgical gloves and household gloves, face covers and a head visor. They are not wearing any jewelry or watch to minimize the risk.
During your stay, the same persons will attend you : the same housekeeper, same Personal Concierge, same Maintenance person if needed, same Chef and cooks. Our personal is assigned to each property and will not rotate from one to another to avoid that to many people go to your place and then another.
All precautions are taken for your safety and theirs.
