Booking Payments Policies
To confirm your reservation, you must pay 50% of the total rental amount within 7 days of the booking request. In case, we do not receive the payment within this period, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
The balance of the total rental amount must be paid at least 65 (sixty-five) days prior arrival date.
The balance of the rental amount for holiday bookings must be paid before August 1st of the corresponding traveling year.
If the deposit or the balance of the total rental amount is not paid on time, the booking will be automatically canceled with no refund.
If the booking is requested less than 65 (sixty-five) days before arrival day, payment of the total rental amount must be paid in full within the next 7 (seven) days of the request.
Booking Cancellation Policies
The cancellation request received 65 (sixty-five) days prior to arrival day is subject to the full refund of the amount paid less $ 200 USD corresponding to the processing cancellation fee.
The cancellation request received between 64 and 0 (sixty-four and zero) days prior to arrival day are subject to a penalty of 100% of the total rental amount of the booking.
The cancellation request received for a holiday booking is subject to a penalty of 100% of the total rental amount of the booking, with no consideration of the cancellation request
date.
Early checkout and no-shows are not refundable.
