Booking Payments Policies
* Once we have received your reservation request a 50% of the total rental amount will be required within the following 7 natural days. Otherwise, the reservation will be canceled automatically.
* Final payment needs to be covered 30 natural days prior to arrival.
* The reservation shall be fully paid on the agreed time otherwise, it will be automatically canceled with no refund.
* Reservations done with less than 30 natural days, full payment is required within the following 7 natural days. Otherwise, the reservation will be canceled automatically.
* Festive season reservations must be fully paid by August 01st of the corresponding traveling year.

Booking Cancellation Policies
* For cancellations made 60 days prior to arrival, kindly consider a cancellation fee of $200USD applies, the balance shall be rewarded.
* For cancellations made 31 days prior to arrival, a 50% refund shall be rewarded.
* For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival, the owner is not obligated to refund any amount already paid.
