From start to finish, Hacienda Magica was perfect! The pictures on the website do not do the villa justice. The setting around the pool is magnificent ! There are plenty of shady spaces to doze off with a book and plenty of sun chairs for the+ Moresunbathers all with the views to the ocean. The pool is large and lovely. And if you have young children, they won’t leave the pool the entire day! I can’t say enough about the staff. Our concierge assisted us with Every aspect of our trip—from scheduling and rescheduling transportation to recommending and scheduling adventures we wished to take. The butlers were at out beckon call all day and interacted with our little ones so beautifully. They were So kind. Housekeeping was also amazaing. IN and out of our rooms at breakfast and replacing wet beach towels all day long. The rooms were furnished with all amenities and even the pillows and beds were high quality. Dining is under the stars —so romantic—and the menu choices for the week for Every meal were amazing! The chef catered to everyone including those with special dietary needs. Even the location in the gated community is great! It is safe and friendly, and large enough for our “marathon runners” to get in their morning runs. Hacienda Magica is just as its name suggests : A most magical place!

We stayed at Hacienda Magica in February/March 2023. The attention of each employee there is spectacular, they are incredible and they make you feel like a king. Hacienda Magica was a great family vacation The staff is superb went way beyond for us The chef and kitchen staff was so good and so accommodating to all of our requests and there were a lot !! The house was very very clean although the tiles+ Morewere too slippery for out children and us adults But Lori and the fantastic staff made the week so enjoyable and we loved every minute and the Mariachi Band and Pinyata were such a suprise we all just had the best week ! The towels were always replaced as needed and that was all day !!! Drinks made for the kids and adults from morning until bedtime and we just cannot say enough about the wonderful people making this house work ! Gracias !!!!

I just got married at Hacienda Majica & we absolutely love it here. My brother for married here last year & we had such a good experience that we decided to get married here as well. It has become a home away from home. We used all 3 villas+ Moresince we had a large wedding party. What made me really happy is the guests literally would not stop raving about how good the service was. Everyone was talking about how nice the staff is, how fast the service was, & just how happy they were. I worked with Laurie who manages the villas for the weeks leading up until the wedding & she was so accommodating. We also had a lot of guests who keep kosher & the staff was extremely accommodating to their needs as well. I hope to be back at the villas for a large family vacation some time soon. We had the most wonderful friends vacation at Hacienda Magica! The location and overall house was amazing, it felt like we were staying at a private hotel / resort where everyone had their own rooms and bathrooms, and we still had lots of common+ Moreareas to hang out. The staff were so nice and made our stay extra enjoyable (special shoutout to Laurie, Veronica, Hiram, and Patricio). Can't wait to visit again!

Awesome house and staff and location! I wish we could give more stars. From the initial emails with Nicholas and Laurie, to the finalizing of plans with Mimi it was great! Where to start my review, is it the staff, the location, the awesome+ Morehouse... The location in Puerto Aventuras is perfect. Inside the gated community, and a short walk from the downtown either up the road or the beach, it is quiet and laid out perfectly for families (we had 19 ppl). A short ride from Cancun airport. The beach is nice, the water is shallow right off the beach, but you can go around the wave breaks to get deeper. The nice part about the wave breaks is the seaweed stays out. As you walk the beach you see many resorts struggle with deep sargassum. Mimi the concierge is on top of everything. From getting our shopping list together with us and recommendations she was top notch. Coordinating for 19 people isn't easy, but she had a clear road map to make it easy on me, who was coordinating the trip. The staff was AWESOME! Between Patricio and Pato the Butlers, Martine and the kitchen staff it was a great experience! We had some dietary restrictions and requests and each was handled with ease. Our resident Vegan was coddled with special meals and plates. We opted for the chef's choice meal plan and a last night dinner of Tomahawks and Lobster Tails. HIGHLY RECCOMEND!! I mentioned I like Juevos Rancheros, BAM next day Martine and crew were serving it up. The whole house is clean, well maintained. Kids enjoyed the tennis court and ping pong (beer pong) table. Grounds are perfectly maintained and you feel safe. Magia suite was amazing! Great views! I highly recommend Hacienda Magica, and we will return!

We booked this little slice of heaven for my bachelorette weekend. There were 20 girls in our group and the house could not have offered a more wonderful destination for this special weekend. The service and staff was 10/10 - I would give them more+ Morestars if I could! Mimi will help you get your weekend setup from the get-go - she will assist with menu development, room assignments, beverage selection, nearby activities and adventure ideas. Mimi helped us to organize a Mariachi band one night which was a huge hit. From the second we arrived, no one in our group lifted a finger for the duration of the stay. The house is fully staffed and our butler (shout out to Patricio) was truly a GEM. It was such a luxury to come back to your room to a well made bed, clean towels and sheets, and a clean bathroom. The staff setup meals for our group in different areas of the house each night which kept things interesting and fun! We enjoyed a full snack buffet on the beach one afternoon, and someone was constantly nearby to offer to whip up pina coladas, margaritas, mocktails, or anything you could desire. Besides the wonderful staff and service, one of the best parts about this house is that you only pay for the # of rooms you use, so if you are not certain of the size of your group (as long as you are more than ~12 people), you don't have to commit to # of bedrooms until the weeks leading up to the trip. That level of flexibility was important to us and is representative of our whole experience at Riviera Maya Hacienda Magica - everyone affiliated with this hacienda wants to make your stay comfortable, relaxing, FUN, and stress-free. Another wonderful aspect of the house was that the rooms are really more like separate suites. Every room has their own bathroom and open up to outdoor communal spaces, so you get the true feel of a Hacienda vs. a big house where you can hear others around you. This was wonderful as we had several pregnant girls in our group - we were able to put them in the rooms furthest from the pool/bar area, so that they could take naps and go to bed early without any worry of noise disruption. I will plan to return to the Hacienda the next chance I get - if you are looking for a stress-free, luxury destination that has the fun and comfort of a house coupled with the luxuries and conveniences of a nice hotel - THIS IS IT!!! Mexican Hacienda If you ever watched movies with a spanish haciendas and wondered what it might have felt to live in one, this is would be the perfect experience. The Hacienda is perfectly located on the beach, in a gated community. Let's start+ Morewith the main building which has the living quarters, familyroom, dining room, kitchen, courtyard and 8 bedrooms. The rest of the bedrooms are in the connecting building by the tennis court. The indoor living space was nice, but would be a bit small for a group of 25 if it rains and you end up hanging out indoors. It was very humid while we were there and ended up being indoors, otherwise we would have had our breakfast, lunch and dinner outdoors. The bedrooms were clean and simple, some were more spacious than others and each had its own bathroom. 2 bedrooms were on the ground level and 6 were on the 2nd floor, some had beach view and others had tennis court view. Some luxury items were missing from each room which made it inconsistent. My room which was larger did not have a bathrobe, luggage rack, shower cap, magnifying mirror and a full length closet to hang dresses. My friend's room while tiny had the bathrobes. Everybody complained about the lack of luggage rack. The outdoor grounds of the hacienda were magical. The decent size swimming pool about 4 feet deep good for kids, and hanging by the pool, not ideal for swimming laps or diving. For serious swimming you need to go to the beach and cross the jetty to get to deep waters. Plenty of lounging chairs and umbrellas for everyone.We experienced beautiful sunrises and magical evenings by the pool. Kayaks, paddle boards, ping pong table, etc..... were all available at no extra charge. The beach which was about 3-4 feet from the hacienda was not deep, had plenty of algae and was a bit rocky. I recommend you bring swimming shoes. Once you pass the man made jetty, the beach gets better and deeper. We used the tennis court for early yoga and exercise classes, and tennis games in the afternoon. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all prepared by the amazing chef. We had a wide selection of delicious salads, fresh fruit, guacamole, mexican food, seafood, bbq steaks.....While they did their best to accommodate my gluten issues, sometimes they forgot. Everyday around 4 p.m. they brought out guacamole and chips, and everyday I would ask if the chips were gluten free and I would get the answer "no". They did not consider getting gluten free chips for me until the third day when I asked them to get gluten free chips. The staff was wonderful and Jorge was amazing. Very accommodating and always with a smile on his face. He prepared wonderful margaritas and mojitos. Plenty of wonderful tequilas, vodkas, rum and prosecco in the area, but fine wines, specially reds and champagne selection were limited. If you want something specific, I recommend you bring it with you. Finally, this whole place would not happen without the amazing and always smiling Mimi. She was there several times everyday checking on us, making sure we had everything . This magical place has it all, lacks some attention to detail which would elevate it to 5 stars. Ideal place for big family reunions, weddings, birthday celebrations and girl's weekend away. I give it my GoldnAdvice seal of approval.

A+ Amazing For Larger Group This will be a detailed review. We booked the home for 7 days and had 18 adults. Let's start with the house. The house is beachfront with a great pool and beach. It also has a jetty protecting it from incoming waves if+ Moreyou have small children. The water is waist deep past the jetty for a good 200 yards so easy exploration away from the protected jetty. Decent snorkeling when the waves are calmer. The house is located in a secure, gated and manned entrance to the community. Super safe. It is walking distance to a small, quaint village of shops and restaurants but you won't be dining out. It is also super easy to walk 10 minutes to the marina if you charter a boat. The home itself has 4 bedrooms facing oceanfront. There is one master up, 2 others up, and one downstairs. The master is named Magia, and it is CLEARLY the best room. The other 3 only have slight differences. There are 4 other bedrooms in the main house and none have views but are all nice. Air con is strong in all the rooms. The other bedrooms are all towards the back of the property surrounding the FANTASTIC tennis court. The court is a great surface that has some cushion to it. If you are a decent player, bring your rackets. The ones provided are not very good. The common living areas inside are great if you want to get out of the sun. The pool deck has umbrella holes and the staff will quickly put one up to shade you. WE encountered zero bug issues during the day or night. Ok, the staff. We had 3 meals a day and they were all absolutely amazing. The 2 chefs can do anything. We requested a lot of seafood and traditional Mexican meals. Every meal was 4-5 stars. I highly recommend the "tomahawk steak and lobster" night. I have never seen bigger steaks and I'm from Texas! The meal was equivalent to the best steak houses I have ever been to. If you like great red wine, better bring some because the area has very little to choose from. All other liquor and wine requests are super easy. The 2 butlers were constantly at your call. They filled drinks all day poolside (I recommend the "chi chi" to get you going every morning). They stayed until 10-11 every night. Housekeeping was amazing and they do laundry for free on sight same day. And finally the consierge Mimi. We have rented 2 homes now with Mimi as our host and she has NEVER made a bad call. From charter boats, to Cenote visit (10 minutes from the house and I highly recommend), monkey tours (bring bug spray), golf, on site DJ (DJ tequila was his name), on site Fire dancers....we have done it all and Mimi handled everything. She is the bomb. lastly, if you rent this home, tip the staff for goodness sake. Mimi provides envelopes for the final day and you present the envelopes to the staff. The week prior to our visit, the group tipped 1 butler $20 and nothing for anyone else. Embarrassing. We tipped 10% of the home fee and Mimi helped with the ratios. This place isn't cheap, but I think it is priced correctly and has great value.

This Estate is stunning and breath taking. Walking into the house you are at awe starting with the full Tennis Court ( For Tennis Lovers or just to have some fun). In the main part of the house you have a beautiful ceilingless roof looking up into+ Morethe stars and moon at night during dinner. You are greeted with a lovely concierge that runs the estate, Her name is Mimi. She is a ball of delight and very knowledgeable about the estate and location. She is there to help you with anything you need and to make sure her guest are happy. She also can help with anything needed off property ( transportation, excursions, advice on places to go). All staff at Hacienda Mágica has the best hospitality in Mexico hands down. The chef service here is all so scrumptious and fresh. I would recommend the Chef Special ( Lobster and Tomahawk). ABSOLUTELY PERFECT I just had my dream wedding at Hacienda Magica this past weekend and I am still mesmerized by everything this magical place offered. The house itself was amazing and accommodated all 19 of my family and guests. From the minute we+ Morestepped foot onto the property we were all swept away by its beauty. From the tennis court, to the open air courtyard, to the pool and beach side access, we all were blown away by it all. Each bedroom was beautiful too. I was fortunate enough to be in the master suite since it was my wedding, and it was gorgeous. The ocean front balcony views were perfect backdrop. We had breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks cooked daily and each meal was so delicious. I used to think all inclusive resorts were the best....not anymore. Nothing may ever top my Hacienda magica experience. On top of that, the entire staff there was AMAZING. I cannot thank Jorge and Theresa enough for all the did to male sure we all had the best times of our lives. Jorge in particular was so great. His attention to detail, from remembering everyone's names and what we each of us liked to drink even was top notch. The conversations and interactions he had with us made us feel so loved. Normally a wedding can be very stressful for the bride and groom. This was the first time we had people who have never even met each other until this trip meet, but the staff and Jorge in particular helped break the ice and set the mood for the next handful of days. He is like family to us all now! I even truly appreciate the 1 on 1 convos we had just about life. I cannot thank everyone at Hacienda Magica enough for making this special day in my life better than I could have ever imagined. My new wife dealt with Maria and Mimi there as well as they helped her plan our trip and wedding. They were so great too! Made sure everything was perfect for our day, and it was! Truly Increíble! Where do I even start... From the moment I booked Hacienda Magica for my wedding, I knew it was the right choice. Every person I had email correspondence with leading up to my stay was incredible. Our butlers, Jorge and Teresa, were the most friendly, accommodating people I've ever experienced in a hotel/rental setting. HACIENDA MAGICA REALLY IS MAGICAL!! Can not put into words the magical time I had staying at Hacienda Magica thanks to the concierge Mimi and the rest of the amazing staff, including Pino managing all of the delicious food! Staying in this+ Morebeautiful place was like something out of a movie. Many tennis matches were held, we had three meals a day of authentic and delicious Mexican food, day long adventures in the sea, and late nights swimming and dancing on the beach side patio! IF YOU NEED VACATION, THIS IS IT! The Riviera Maya Haciendas are incredible. The house is massive (there's a tennis court in the center) and the pool out back allows you to swim up to the ocean for an amazing view. The rooms are extremely spacious,+ Morebut you won't spend much time there as you'll probably be in the pool, using the kayaks, paddle boards, or ponying up at the bar. One of the best things about the Haciendas is the staff. Mimi and Pino will keep you comfortable and fed. The food is delicious. They are unbelievable. 10/10 would go again.

WOW - AMAZING! PERFECT BEACHFRONT FOR OUR GROUP OF 20! This hacienda is absolutely stunning and you will not regret booking for your next vacay. We traveled with a group of 20 adults celebrating 3 people's 40th birthdays. I had a wonderful+ Moreexperience from booking with Marina, to planning with Mimi & Pino. The staff responded within 24 hours or less with any questions I had prior to arrival from setting up airport transfers, to planning meals and really anything we had a request or need for. The food is out of this world!! The chefs are truly amazing and went above and beyond - every meal was exceptional and all of our guests raved about it! The butlers, Jorge & Teresa were simply amazing as well. They were always around to serve but were never in the way by any means. We were greeted with smiles by all the staff each and every day and the service was truly first class all the way!! The house was very clean, nicely appointed with the extras such a tennis rackets, paddle board, kayaks, etc. Everything listed as amenities is exactly what you get. I would not hesitate to book with this wonderful property or any of the properties under Riviera Maya Haciendas as you will be treated as you would at any 5 class top tier resort except you are basically getting your own boutique hotel / hacienda all to yourself with your personal guests. PARADISE AND TRULY PAMPERING ALL INCLUSIVE VACATION I cannot begin to describe what a wonderful week my family had at this stunning hacienda. It was by far our best family vacation ever. There were 20 of us that stayed the week in this+ Morebreathtakingly beautiful hacienda. There was so much to do at the house that we never had to leave--we had tennis tournaments, pickle ball tournaments, beach fun, pool fun, massages in the home, and on and on. We had a range of ages in the family from 82 years old to 8 years old and everyone had a terrific time. The food was tremendous and our every need was taken care of before we even knew we needed it. I can't say enough about Mimi who made our dreams come true. She came by each and every day to make sure everything was completely taken care of. 3 AMAZING VILLA'S, BRILLANT STAFF & FACILITIES, BRILLANT FOOD. PARADISE Spent a week here for a work meetup, no-one wanted to leave. My plane was delayed, they arranged a special taxi to pick me up. When I got there I'd missed dinner due to the+ Moreflight delay, next thing I have an overflowing plate of food, and drink. this set the tone for the week, constant flow of amazing meals, snacks and drinks. The staff can not do enough for you, constantly refreshing your drinks and clearing up. they go out of their way for you, even popping out to do shopping on your behalf so we didn't have to pay tourist prices. Mimi was constantly around to make sure everything was ok. A week of hard work was made more amazing, surrounded by paradise. Waking up on a morning for a swim, yoga or kayaking in the sea can't be beaten. When I win the lottery I'm coming back to the 3 villas with a load of friends and family.

AMAZING VACATION IN PARADISE! We cannot say enough about our experience at Hacienda Magica! Everything was wonderful from the moment we arrived. The staff was incredible, catering to every request and need. The food was delicious thanks to Martin+ Moreand Alanso! Carlos and Theresa were such fun bartenders. Mimi was a fantastic concierge. She even threw together an impromptu birthday celebration (including cake) for one in our group with only a few hours notice. We can't wait to return!

SIMPLY AMAZING This place is simply amazing! We vacationed here with 46 people and the vacation could not have been better. Martin did an amazing job with the food-it was all so delicious! And he always made something for everybody, if you weren't+ Morea seafood lover then there was chicken or steak. Carlos, Eduardo and Teresa noticed our daily routines and started setting things up just as we would have wanted without even asking! We are an active group and we all enjoyed the paddle boarding, kayaking, pool volleyball and tennis. While we were playing tennis in the heat they even surprised us with wet, cold towels to us to cool us off! And we can't forget Mimi, she would come by to make sure we were completely happy-its crazy what she did for us! We all enjoyed this vacation so much!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! From the moment we arrived at Hacienda magica we were spoiled. The house is beautiful and the view of the ocean is simply stunning. Whether it was playing volleyball in the pool, kayaking or just relaxing by the pool overlooking+ Morethe ocean our group of 17 had such a great time during our week stay! The tennis court was awesome right in the middle of the house and the speaker by the pool allowed us to play whatever music we wanted. Mimi the concierge was amazing and came by to check on us often and helped set up any tours we wanted including setting up transportation. Any issues which arose were dealt with immediately .The food was delicious and plentiful and the chefs Martine and Alonso worked with us to make sure our 2 vegetarians had options and there was something for everyone. Definitely splurge for the lobster one night! Carlos and Theresa the butlers were alot of fun and incredibly attentive making us all drinks including virgin cocktails for the kids. One of our concerns before traveling to Mexico had been safety, but the house is in a gated community and honestly we felt completely safe at all times!The kids walked into the little town whenever they wanted to to see the dolphins, buy candy or little souvenirs or simply to explore. It was very sad to leave but we will definitely be back!

HACIENDA MAGICA PUERTO ADVENTURAS We had a wonderful stay at Hacienda Magica. The house was lovely with awesome ocean and pool views. The property was well cared for and nicely appointed. All bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. The staff is+ Moreoutstanding. They took care of our every need in a speedy manner. Someone was always available to help us. A big plus was their positive attitudes. Mimi, our concierge, checked on us daily answering all our many questions with enthusiasm. She was delightful and we appreciated her attention to every detail. The food was delicious. Every meal was cooked and presented by our chef, Martin, and he never disappointed us. He even cooked a special birthday dinner for us with party decorations!! He would also prepare special foods on request. HACIENDA MAGICA, PUERTO AVENTURAS I went with 12 of my high school girlfriends....celebrating our 70th birthday year. The house was fabulous and beautiful on ocean. It did have lots of steps to majority of bedrooms upstairs. The Very Best Part was+ Morethe staff, the service and the food! Mimi the concierge set the tone and the quality of service. She is a beautiful,knowledgeable, patient woman. She answered all our questions and made sure that we had everything we wanted. Martin the chef made every meal sumptuous with fresh local food. Drinks and snacks were always available. Eduardo and Teresa were on hand to make the best tequila drinks and serve them to us all day and through the night. Make sure to have a lobster dinner. The only downside was getting out into the ocean because the ocean floor is not level and that’s why I gave it a 4 not a 5. The kayak and paddle board were fun. And the weather excellent. Let me say it again....the staff was great with all of us.

Mimi, our wonderful concierge, was at our beck and call and graciously helped us throughout or stay! The hacienda+ Morewas beautiful, well kept and clean! TRULY MAGICAL Words cannot start to describe how special of a time we had here. Even though we read the reviews and spoke to some folks that had stayed here, it really was more special and better than what we were expecting (and even better than+ Morethe photos). The photos are gorgeous, but they don't capture the flow and the grandness of the architecture of the place. From the moment we walked on the property, we were amazed at how beautiful and truly unique it was. We came here to get married, and both of our families stayed in this house. It was the perfect setting for what we envisioned - a laid back environment, in a beautiful setting. We are both big tennis players, and the tennis court was a dream. The pool was wonderful, and the beach was great! The guests loved that they could just grab a kayak or paddleboard and go out. We had a yoga and fitness instructor come a few of the days (the staff can help organize), and that was great for everyone too. The house is big enough that you have all the privacy you want if you seek it out, but it is cozy enough that it fosters great connections with people (just like we wanted for our families). Lastly, we have to give a big mention to the staff. They. are. incredible. So kind, so helpful, and so good hearted. All of the guests commented on it as well. It is noticeably good. We felt lucky to have found a place like this, and were truly sad to leave. We are optimistic that all the discussion about coming back for our anniversaries will become a reality. You won't be disappointed.

MAGICA INDEED! I just returned from a vacation at Hacienda Magica with 10 other friends, and it was truly exceptional. The best part is not the gorgeous home, lovely decor, huge tennis court, fabulous weather... all of which are impressive... but+ Morethe incredible staff. If you are considering a stay here, go with the all-inclusive option. Over the top worth it!! It’s an amazing value and the food by Martin and Alfonso will blow your mind while Carlos brings you drinks and makes you laugh. And ours is a complicated group with 1 vegetarian, 1 gluten free, 2 no pork, 1 no shellfish, etc. Every night we had multiple options to choose from and all served by the most friendly and accommodating staff. I also recommend renting a golf cart to head in to the little town, though it is also a very quick walk on the beach... but the cart added some laughs. If you want to book a massage or go on an excursion, Mimi the concierge is ever-present and so helpful. The only thing to consider is bringing water shoes of some sort as the shallow water in front of the house is rocky. All else was perfect!

ABSOLUTE PARADISE This house was exceptional in every way and a perfect destination for a large group. The bedrooms were spacious and private with stunning views. The social spaces were intimate and perfect for congregating and dancing. The tennis+ Morecourt provided hours of entertainment for both adults and children, at all hours! The beach was clean and combed daily of all debris. Although the waterfront was a bit rocky, a stunning, crystal-clear swimming hole was a two minute swim away. The palm trees surrounding the pool deck created a private and relaxing space for reading, sunning, and socializing. The staff were attentive and respectful. Our meals were prepared with the finest ingredients; everything homemade and fresh. The table was set daily with colorful clean linens and native flowers. Carlos, Martine, and Alonso were the dream team. They infused culture, personality, and class in their daily preparations. Every day was a new variety of Mexican cuisine accompanied by fresh guacamole and other group favorites. Can't say enough about this crew and Mimi Lund, our concierge. She checked in with us multiple times each day to ensure we had everything we wanted or needed. She arranged transportation to and from shopping trips, golf, and day excursions to the Mayan villages and Cenotes. Mimi was patient, friendly, informative, honest, and accommodating! PERFECT GETAWAY FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO BE PAMPERED The week at Hacienda Magica surpassed not only my expectations, but those of everyone in our group . The villa is breathtaking and even more impressive in person than the photos. There are plenty of+ Moreoceanfront villas along the Riviera Maya to choose from but I doubt you will find another with the quality staff and attention to detail this villa provides. It was this attention to detail that really set this vacation apart. Our group has rented several villas in Puerto Aventuras over the last several years and Hacienda Magica is truly in a league of it's own. Every facet of our stay was custom tailored to our wishes thanks to the amazing team led by our concierge Mimi, Chef Martin and butler Carlos. All the meals cooked at the Villa were outstanding and the quality of the food and presentation were truly over the top. Mimi arranged a fire entertainment show and if you are looking for a special event for an evening, I recommend it, it was the entertainment highlight of our week. Fantastic House, Staff & Experience Hacienda Kukulkán was outstanding experience for our group of 11 friends. The staff is wonderful, the food is excellent and the concierge, Mimi could not have been more accommodating and helpful. The house+ Moreis beautiful and well set up for a large family or group of friends. The tennis court is fantastic as are the putting greens. There are a number of worthwhile day trips within 40 miles (Tulum, Cenote, Scuba Diving, Golf). Highly recommend this place for people who like an active vacation. Kukulkan: Great House, Amazing Location, Even Better Staff. Hacienda Kukulkan is a beautiful villa fit for a large family. Waking up every morning to the beautiful sunrise over the ocean view is amazing enough. But even better than being in+ Moreparadise is Kukulkan's staff. It's what truly made the difference. We've been vacationing for decades in rented villas since we are a large family, and Kukulkan's staff is by far the best. Chef Emilio cooks delicious Mexican nouvelle cuisine every day, each plate carefully planned and very delicate in taste and appearance. He caters to everyone's tastes and preferences always with a huge smile on his face. Carlos and Victor, the butlers, are simply amazing. Always there to make sure you are resting and enjoying and even more attentive to the children making them feel pampered all the time. The children missed them greatly after we left the house. And if this isn't enough, if you are looking for truly outstanding concierge services you will not find anyone like Mimi, Kukulkan's 24/7 concierge. Mimi is always there, on top of every single detail and nothing is impossible for her. Don't know how she does it but I think she might actually be Wonder Woman. She was able to book us reservations for restaurants that didn't even take them. She found the best spots for us to visit, the real local spots not the turistic ones. She booked tours, plays, transportations... she did it all and much much more, always with a smile and the best disposition. Best Mexico Vacation To Date! Hacienda Kukulkan was definitely first class! A beautiful home that was huge! Awesome tennis courts, beautiful pool overlooking a private stretch of beach! We were very pleased with our visit. The staff were so kind to+ Moreus and the chefs were amazing!!! Our rooms were clean and Victor, the grounds keeper kept the pool clean and kept our coolers full! Mimi, our concierge, was AMAZING! She took care of ever detail of our stay, from massages to chartering a private yacht for the day to Cozumel and taking us to a amazing boutique hotel close to Tulum called Jashita, which I HIGHLY recommend. “A Great Family Experience At A Wonderful Villa” Mimi the concierge who took care of us did an amazing job, anything we wanted she made happen. We had 11 kids from 3 to 17 , and 11 adults great house for so many people. We went swimming with+ Morethe Whale Sharks (not the little kids), swimming with Dolphins, took a catamaran out for snorkeling.. Took five ladies to spend a day at the Banyan Tree resort for a spa day of yoga, rain forest and massage then lunch ( all amazing), then one day at the X-carat. All the meals cooked at the Villa were outstanding. We ordered chef service for each night which was totally worth it for our size group plus the chefs were great. We also had breakfast and lunch at the villa except for two day which was also really good. One night Mimi set up a fire entertainment show and it was terrific. when we were at the house , kids loved to swim, use tennis courts , go paddle boarding , kayaking and golf. We were a large group so the only fall back was we wish there was a larger area outside so we could all mingle together, it worked out fine though. Inside there are lots of area to mingle for adults and kids. rooms were spacious and clean, were able to bring twin beds in rooms that needed them. Our stay was for a week. Overall everyone in our family really enjoyed the vacation.

Perfection In Riviera Maya This was our 3rd stay at these haciendas and our 2nd year in a row to stay at hacienda kukulkan. This place is amazing and every detail about this trip is first class. From location to the rooms to the food everything is+ Moreextraordinary. The beach is very private, the pool is beautiful and the private chef is better than any 5 star restaurant. Every detail is taken care of by the concierge, MiMi, who in order to appreciate her attention to detail you must meet and she knows everyone. It will be the most amazing week of your life

A Wonderful Resort!! Hacienda Kukulkan had everything one could ask for at a beach retreat! From the scenic views to the amazing food and service, this house was perfect. Being in a gated community it was a very safe environment with restaurants,+ Morebars, shops, and ice cream within walking distance. With bikes, a tennis court, stand up paddle boards, and kayaks, all beach activities were easily accessible! The perfect vacation spot!!

The Most Amazing Vacation Left on 03/22/2015 for a stay in March 2015 This place was honestly breathtaking. We stayed for 6 nights, and there was a very large group of us, but everyone had a nice king sized bed to share and private bathrooms.+ MoreImagine waking up every morning to a platter of fresh fruit and a view of the ocean. The staff here are excellent cooks and some of the nicest people. Antonio drove us all around Playa del Carmen, Tulum, and Cancun, and really made the most of our stay. We miss him so much already! The house had everything one could ever need - kayaks, watershoes, snorkles, paddleboards, tennis rackets, and bikes. When we weren't laying by the pool relaxing, we were always doing something active. They even have a great exercise room with a view of the ocean! Overall, this is one of the best vacations I have ever taken in my life, and I know that the house we stayed in had a lot to do with that. I would go back again in a heartbeat. Thank you to everyone who made this week so wonderful.

A Week In Paradise I highly recommend this place. Its is as gorgeous in person as in the pictures. The staff was extremely helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and overall fun to spend a week with. The food was delicious and authentic. The place is+ Moreimmaculate and close to so many fun things to do. The pool and view is breathtakingly beautiful and I have not one complaint from my magical week in paradise. Recommended for: People with Disabilities, Families with Young Children, Pet-friendly, Sightseeing, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Adventure Seekers, Age 55+, Romantic Getaway, Families with Teenagers
