This was our third year returning to Hacienda Corazon. There is a reason we keep going back- it's the best we can find. Over the years we've searched for and tried many different villas and set ups and we've loved this the most. Laurie is there to+ Morehelp with all your needs; addressing questions and booking adventures. The butlers help with everything and the house keeping does a wonderful job keeping everything clean. The chefs are phenomenal and the food is abundant and delicious. They meet dietary requirements and cook all different kinds of meals. They keep everyone well fed. The property is beautiful and Puerto Adventuras is a wonderful area to explore. We are never disappointed.

The staff and services were phenomenal, they seamlessly hosted 50 very particular people… My guest enjoyed being pampered by Patricio, Hiram, Federico and the “Tres (3x) Jorges”…inside joke from the guest. These guys kept our guest hydrated+ Moreat best! I saw strictly scotch and beer drinkers ordering Pina Colada’s and my mother-in-law taking shots of Tequila…good times! The food service was delightful every day. We ordered 2 types of meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner to offer a variety of food for the guest. The head chefs (Agustin, Delfi, David, Veronica, and Gonzalo) made sure we ate on time every day. The food was well prepared, well-seasoned and most importantly fresh and tasty. Our guest enjoyed every meal and there was enough for the grazers to taste it all. The Ceremony Day: We had our dream wedding! Like I mentioned, the villas set the stage for the beautiful ambience. We hired Gwen Grosset @ Destination Weddings Tulum for our planner; she was recommended by RMH. Thank you for introducing us to the most patient, creative, reliable, respectful, and hardworking wedding planner in Tulum, Mexico. Gwen went above and beyond in helping my husband and I do preliminary planning. To be honest, she became our liaison between RMH and Isle Blue (3rd party vendor) for the duration of the stay as well. Gwen helped us get access to see the villas last December, she helped us get menus for the food plan for the week and the floor plan to arrange guest rooms. Bottom line, she got us the answers we needed to plan accordingly! As a Managing Partner of a full-service consulting firm, I understand the value of customer service and I can honestly say Gwen and her team offered Top Notch customer service because she cared about our experience and she understood the Weddcation was a pinnacle event in all our lives. She fully executed and exceeded our expectations! Since we brought our chef and baker to prepare food for the ceremony reception, we rented the Corazon and Magica kitchens. Chef Reggie was super impressed with the team RMH provided to help assist with meal prep and wait staff. Even with the language barrier, he said everyone worked in a concerted effort. He enjoyed the chef’s professionalism and loved sharing techniques of the trade. He asked me to give a special shout out to Chef’s David, Delfi and Stewart Jesus. Job well done! I would like to give a special shout out to the maintenance staff, I was told my baker did not clean the Magica kitchen. We apologize for the disconnect and hope the additional gratuity accommodates for the inconvenience. We also learned that the maintenance staff made sure the beach was clear of seaweed and straightened up the villas after the late-night munchies and pool parties. The team did an excellent job with staging the villas back to their respective glory! Last and not least, praises to Laurie our concierge, she hit the ground running! Laurie was always available for our guest; she went above and beyond to accommodate transportation and assist my chef and baker with last minute purchases for the ceremony. I also heard my dad forgot his dress shirt for his suite and Laurie saved the day! She went to the store and got the man a dress shirt that blended very well with the suite. Laurie was patient, respectful and diligent in making our guest feel comfortable and welcomed. Laurie did an excellent job being the only concierge managing 50 guest…kudos chica kudos! The overall stay at the Haciendas was divine and the staff and service made our Weddcation exceptionally special and we appreciate the hard work and services provided.

Warren We returned for a second time to Hacienda Corazon this past week and we were so happy with our experience. Our 2021 trip was delayed due to Covid and we finally made it back. I was a little concerned that things may have changed in the 104+ Moreweeks we were away but I can assure you it’s even better. Jorge and Federico are still the attentive butlers ready to help. We were so excited to see them there when we arrived! The margaritas and chilladas they make are still refreshing and wonderful. They are both very thoughtful and happy and friendly. They are always checking in and making sure drinks are filled and guest are satisfied. Gonzalo is the current chef and David the assistant and the food they create is amazing. Gonzalo can make dishes with an Asian influence which is a great option when you are there for a lengthy stay. The tortilla soup is the best! Our kids were so happy with their options too- chicken fingers, pasta, and grilled cheese galore. The town of Puerto Adventuras is alive and thriving. There are new developments and improvements all around. It continues to feel safe and is a accessible and wonderful town to visit (by a short walk or golf cart ride) for ice cream and a little shopping. We can’t wait to get back!

Paradise Found We just returned from our week-long stay at Hacienda Corazon and we’ve already booked to return next year. We had a wonderful week filled with amazing food, wonderful weather, and lots of fun. The staff at Hacienda Corazon is+ Morefabulous. The chefs, Augustine and Johnny, created the most delicious meals with all kinds of sauces and sides. We were traveling with 4 little kids and they did separate meals to please them. Everyone, even my picky husband who dislikes everything, loved the food. The fried ice cream and churros are THE BEST dessert. The butlers, Jorge and Federico were also absolutely wonderful. It was my brother’s birthday while we were there and they organized a whole party complete with an Elsa piñata for the kiddos. They were happy to make sure we had all the drinks we needed in hand. They were so sweet with the little kids. They are very hard workers. They were even happy to run to the store for us when we ran out of something for the kids. Just as a note they all are pretty great about using English if no one in your group speaks Spanish. Mimi, the concierge, is always checking in and very helpful. She really makes things happens and cares about her guests. She got my mom out of an emergency tooth situation by arranging A dentist appointment with a great dentist. The house itself is wonderful. The villa is located within Puerto Adventuras which is really a safe and guarded community made up of tourists and a good number of ex-pats. It’s safe to walk, run, and ride around in a golf cart on your own. The rooms at the house are spacious and clean. There is daily cleaning service and they do a great job. The bar and living area are well situated and we were able to dine alfresco for all meals. There’s a separate TV room and a separate game room and those were perfect for the kids. The pool and beach are right outside and access is easy. The beach is protected by a man-made barrier out in the water and it makes the ocean water warm, shallow, and calm. There are paddles boards and kayaks whenever you want to use them. I will mention we had an issue with the pool heater when we arrived. It wasn’t working and the pool water was cold. With the 4 little kids this was disappointing as they didn’t want to be in the cold water for long. They did end up fixing the heater and we were able to enjoy a heated pool for several days. They were apologetic, worked to get the issue fixed, and made sure that we were happy in the end, making up for our disappointment. Overall, it did not effect our desire to return to Hacienda corazon and as I mentioned, we have already booked to return. The year before we stayed at the neighboring villa- Hacienda Del Mar, same owner. It is also wonderful. They know how to treat their guests and make you feel special. Cweberman @Tripadvisor

Amazing Wow, what an amazing Hacienda. Fantastic views, rooms and open areas. On beach with cool off swimming pool. Mimi was most efficient and catered for our every need. Pino, food and bev manager was very attentive. The food however was what+ Morestole the show, Jonny(Giovanni) and Alejandro gave us some of the best food we have ever had, not just 1 night but every day (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) for 8 days ! Nothing was impossible for them and everything was done with a smile, they are brilliant. Jorge and Federico served us our drinks with a smile, a laugh and were always courteous and attentive to our every need. We were a party of 19 adults and we were treated royally for the whole length of our stay by all of the brilliant staff. I’m Running Out Of Superlatives... :-) Meet the most spectacular, beautiful, awesome, amazing, luxurious, breathtaking haciendas by the sea! We were a big group of people with around 20 kids which is quite a challenge already. But wonderful Mimi,+ Morewho manages the place, and her amazing team made our dreams come true every single day. The staff is super friendly and attentive, every request is fulfilled immediately, with a smile on their face and accompanied by a friendly chat. The rooms are just beautiful and offer everything you need. Needless to say that the view from the terrace and the pool right next to the beach is stunning - welcome to paradise! Last but not least: the food is super delicious and the cook and his team not only very skilled and creative but they also met the kids’ different expectations on their meals at any time. :-) In a nutshell: Don’t miss this heavenly spot!! One last thing: Should you, by any chance, plan to jump into the pool over the volleyball net at 2 am in the morning and unluckily hurt yourself, there is also a doctor available. Just ask Mimi. ;-)

Spectacular Family Wedding With An Incredible Staff - Pure Luxury With a wedding of 101 guests for the reception and 81 guests on-site for the better part of 5 days. It goes without saying, that this could never have happened with our Mimi+ More(concierge). Mimi managed all 101 guests transportation and all of our ever need and at a drop of a hat she was there to address our needs. I have traveled all over and have never ever received the attention that we received from Mimi. It's important to note that rented ALL 3 Villas, meeting the everyday whims of all 81 guests is a daunting task, and she never failed us. Pino (Food and Bev Mgr), Luigi (Exec Chef), Giovanni (Sous-Chef). the meals were absolutely superb, we even jokes and said that we had a wedding meal every evening. Then there was the wedding meal, Lobster, Mahi, Mahi, and Filet Mignon... SUPERB! Jorge and Eduardo (Butlers/Bartenders) What can I say, they catered to us and made us feel we were royalty. Family Retreat In Paradise! An absolute must if you have a large group and you are looking for a piece of heaven! Fantastic villa with fabulous rooms and stunning common areas, pool right next to the beach and the best food!! The chef will make+ Moresure that all your request get fulfill, and the entire staff is so lovely! They really made us feel at home. Around the area there are heaps of fun activities to do. Xcaret, Tulum, Coba, and a million of other cenotes that makes this villa the perfect location for site-seen! Even a dolphinarium walking distance! First, Mimi (concierge), Pino (Food and Bev Mgr), Luigi (Exec Chef), Giovanni (Sous-Chef), Jorge and Eduardo (Butlers/Bartenders) and the entire housekeeping, groundskeeping and maintenance staff do everything possible to make your stay the most+ Morerelaxing and enjoyable time imaginable. Moreover, they are all outstanding individuals with intriguing stories to share. Mimi greets you upon your arrival and ensures you are provided with anything you need. A gracious lady with an endless knowledge and appreciation of the area, she assuaged any concerns I had and stitched together the many activities we had planned seamlessly. Pino, Luigi, Govanni et al are simply amazing. By the names you would think you were in Italy. In fact, several are from Italian lineage. Normally our group likes to shop and take over the kitchen since a few in our mix have culinary skills. We ditched that idea quickly after sampling what was provided by their team. Everything was made from scratch by this internationally trained and educated team (including chips, tortilla shells, and fries). Do NOT disappoint yourself by dining anywhere else than at the Hacienda. I cannot overpraise the epicurean delicacies that come out of that kitchen nor describe the pride the chefs have in preparing the meals (we could see them watching from inside to make sure we were enjoying ourselves). The hacienda, in my opinion, is the best of the three Riviera Maya Haciendas, not only for the people there. The extra space for common areas (three large rooms) allows your group to mix together or (as in our case) lets the younger ones watch TV, play games, etc. in other rooms while we relax in the bar and lounge area. The pool is perfect for volleyball and, more importantly, has palm trees around it that provide shade spots in the pool providing relief for those who have had a little too much sun. The groundskeepers, housekeeping and maintenance keep the property in five star resort condition. One of the most important factors is the beach. They have built a breakwall that keeps large waves from eroding the beach and debris from being in your patch of paradise. Moreover, they rake the sand every morning clearing out any grasses or seaweed that may arrive in the night. This beach is clean and truly is as nice as Tulum was a decade ago. I have stayed in several villas between PDC and Tulum and this one surpasses them all. The proximity to everything and anything you could possibly want to explore, coupled with the beautiful development and security Puerto Aventuras provides make this the perfect location for your family and friends to celebrate life. We booked this house for a family get-together of 14! It was perfect!! Plenty of space, two game rooms with a ping pong table, an Xbox and tables for games. The staff provided a volleyball net for the pool, beach toys, kayaks.... It was incredible!+ MoreI can’t say enough about the amazing staff! They took great care of us. AS ALWAYS AMAZING!!! This place is great!! Mimi and her staff, including especially Jorge and Luigi are amazing. This is our sixth time here. I've booked this for company trips and trips for my family (including my kids) and friends. Luigi in the+ Morekitchen was great as always. The food is FANTASTIC. Everyone loves Jorge (and this time we had Eduardo helping out) and its awesome. I guarantee you will not only enjoy the Hacienda Corazon but will be back. There is nothing like it!! Thanks Mimi!!!

WE DIDN'T WANT TO LEAVE! We spent 5 days, 4 nights at all three of the haciendas for a company retreat. Mimi (Concierge), Pino (Food & Beverage Manager), and the entire staff took AMAZING care of us. The haciendas were stunning, well kept, and+ Morefull of activities: Hacienda Magica had a full tennis court, Hacienda Corazon turned into our main house (in the middle) with the largest courtyard and kitchen, and Hacienda Del Mar has a meeting room where we got things done--including plenty of photos and internal interviews with perfect backgrounds. Each hacienda also had a pool that provided direct access to the beach, water equipment (kayaks, paddle boards, and kickboards), and a ping pong table (most had pool tables, too). The meals were too delicious to describe (really, WAY too delicious) and the chefs were extra attentive to the allergies of over 40 people. The location was also only a 5-minute walk to town, and a short drive to the local supermarket. I can't recommend RMH and the team highly enough!

AMAZING. SERIOUSLY! Words cannot start to describe how special of a time we had here. We rented out all three properties (Magica, Del Mar, Corazon) for our wedding. We had all our family and friends stay across the three properties. Even though we+ Moreread the reviews and spoke to some folks that had stayed here, it really was more special and better than what we were expecting (and even better than the photos). The photos are gorgeous, but they don't capture the flow and the grandness of the architecture of the place. From the moment we walked on the property, we were amazed at how beautiful and truly unique it was. We came here to get married, and both of our families stayed in this house. It was the perfect setting for what we envisioned - a laid back environment, in a beautiful setting. The pool was wonderful, and the beach was great! They have been very successful with the beach restoration efforts - the water is calm right out front and very clear. There was hardly any seaweed when we were there. The guests loved that they could just grab a kayak or paddleboard and go out. We had a yoga and fitness instructor come a few of the days (the staff can help organize), and that was great for everyone too. All the houses are big enough that you have all the privacy you want if you seek it out, but it is cozy enough that it fosters great connections with people (just like we wanted for our family and friends). Lastly, we have to give a big mention to the staff. They. are. incredible. So kind, so helpful, and so good hearted. All of the guests commented on the staff as well. It is so good it is noticeable. We felt lucky to have found a place like this, and were truly sad to leave, and not because it is paradise, but because of the "soul" that the place seems to have. Hard to explain, but you will get it if you go ;) We are optimistic that all the discussion our guests started about coming back for our anniversaries will become a reality!! Seriously, you won't be disappointed! We would do it all again in a heartbeat.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING EXPERIENCE Absolutely amazing experience. We stayed at Hacienda corazon for 5 day for a wedding, and it was absolutely beautiful.Everything on the property was kept so clean and neat. Even the beach was cleaned daily. The+ Morehiglight of the expereince was the staff!! All of the staff from Mimi to the chefs were so attentive. The staff was beyond incredible, and really made the entire experience amazing. The local town was great, but what i was most impressed with was definetly the staff. Everything was clean and perfect at all times. Jorge, Carlos and Caesar were absolutely fantastic. These three provided the absolute best service I have ever received. Never let a cup sit empty!! They were so friendly and personable, and always willing to help. My husband and I left there feeling like we were leaving behind friends! We cant wait to go back!

Real Vacation For Exhausted Parents With Kids This has been the best vacation I have had with kids included. I could truly rest and put my mind in vacation mode. The house is amazing, beautiful and super comfortable, but what makes it heavenly is+ Moreit's amazing staff of great Chef, butler and adorable people that work non stop so you don't even have to think. Hacienda Corazon Hacienda Corazon exceeded our expectations. Our party of 16 stayed for a week in Aug. 2017. The pictures do not do this house justice. It is that nice. The house was spacious, the views excellent and the staff even better. Luigi+ More(Chef) and Jorge (Bartender) were phenomenal. Luigi was accommodating, met all dietary restrictions and cooked awesome meals. The Mahi Mahi and paella were incredible. Jorge was always pleasant, was there to help and mixed us great drinks for many hours. Thanks for the extra pounds and hang-overs. The house was extremely clean. The morning after a tropical storm, the staff got the pool and beach area ready for us. It is that impressive! The only recommendation is to fix the front door latch and the air conditioning in the master suite. We brought this to the attention of the staff and they quickly had a handyman looking at it. The house is within walking distance to Dolphin Discovery, shopping area and beachfront bar. Cenotes and Tulum are close attractions and must do's. They were booked through our concierge at Luxury Retreats. We would definitely recommend Hacienda Corazon and Luxury Retreats.

Stunning house, beautifully decorated and so functional!+ MoreAll the rooms have enough space for you to store your things and the flexibility we needed as we were a group of 27 - 5 families with kids from 1-17yo. The service is outstanding, from the concierge attention to every single detail (whatsapp full availability and visits on a demand basis) to the chef (wonderful meals cooked ad hoc to our needs and to please everybody...mexican food, international, everything was delicious and more important possible and with a smile to complement) and service staff at the bar and in the house. There are many fabulous villas all over the world and THIS is definitely one of them. The location cannot be beat. The view is breathtaking. The beds are comfortable and rooms have AC. The ping pong was a BLAST. BUT, nothing is to compare to the+ Moretime, attention and effort Mimi put into making our trip perfect. She was there in a blink of an eye for our smallest need. She enforces quality control over every detail and always going the extra mile. Flanked by a 5 star staff wanting only to please us; this was heaven. A Wonferful Place For A Family Gathering We spent a Thanksgiving week we will never forget with our extended family at Hacienda Corazon. The home was even better than I expected . . . sophisticated decor (minimal Mexican chic), friendly and+ Moreaccommodating staff, incredible meals, tasty cocktails, topped off with a spectacular waterfront setting. Mimi made sure our every need was met from arranging transport, excursion planning, golfcart rental, even extra first aid supplies. Luigi the chef prepared incredible meals (the lobster tails were to die for) and Jorge mixed drinks in the evening with impeccable timing. The housekeeping staff kept the house spic and span. We enjoyed kayaking, paddleboarding and snorkeling off the beach. When we decided to throw a spontaneous day of fiesta, Mimi and the house staff quickly helped us transform the courtyard with pinata, streamers, banquet table and balloons. Thank you for making our time together so very special.

Perfection! Our group of 14 friends stayed at Hacienda Corazon for a wonderful, memorable 50th birthday celebration. This villa is, in a word, fantastic. It has large, super-comfortable, air-conditioned bedrooms and spa-like bathrooms; a gorgeous+ Moreinner courtyard where we had private morning yoga classes; all the modern conveniences like wifi and flatscreen TVs; an impressive chef’s kitchen and a stunning outdoor dining area that overlooks the water. The pool is wonderful, with awesome lounge chairs and thick towels for everyone, and the beach beyond has stand-up paddle boards and kayaks, which we used every day. The property is first rate, but what made our experience so great was the top-notch staff. Their level of professionalism and commitment to making us feel at home was really impressive. They worked tirelessly to make sure we had everything we wanted. Mimi, our truly amazing concierge, helped plan every detail of our time there, from complicated airport transfers to a day trip to Tulum and a sunset catamaran cruise. She worked with us over a period of many months to make sure everything was perfect! She was available 24/7 and came to the house several times a day, happily answering every question, satisfying every last-minute request and helping solve little problems quickly throughout our stay. Not only was she super competent, but also a lot of fun! Luigi and his talented, organized kitchen staff (including Alfonso) prepared all of our meals, which were absolutely delicious and far better than any restaurant you could go to. When one member of our group had to leave at 4:30 am to catch a plane, they made sure she had a special breakfast, without being asked to do so. They also prepared a beautiful surprise birthday cake! Jorge served as our fun bartender (and all-around helper) during the day and evenings, which included planning specialty cocktails (his pina coladas are to die for). He also was there each morning, to make sure we had coffee, delicious and imaginative smoothies, freshly squeezed juice and whatever else we needed at breakfast. The cleaning staff and the grounds crew kept our rooms and the yard, pool and beach impeccable. Truly, staying here is like having your own private 5 (plus)-star hotel. We all want to come back again, and can’t recommend this place highly enough!

Just A Slice Of Paradise! My son's wedding was celebrated here with over 70 of our close family and friends. I just cannot say enough about the gracious team that makes everything happen here! Jorge, Cesar and Carlos were wonderful to us. We didn't+ Morewant for anything. Pino and Luigi and his team cooked the most delicious meals and I will be dreaming of the chilaquiles for a long time! The wedding was so magnificent and Lucy Gallagher and her staff worked hard despite the rain which ended just before the wedding began. Thank you Mimi for being a delightful concierge and hostess. Girls Getaway In The Lap Of Luxury! We rented this villa for a girls getaway with 14 overworked, stressed Type A personalities. Five days later spent at this heavenly villa, we were all transformed and feeling rejuvenated. What an amazing vacation+ More- the villa was beautifully appointed, high end all the way. Spacious rooms, huge gorgeous bathrooms, and the staff became our friends, they were so helpful and warm. We opted to eat all of our meals at the villa, prepared by the amazing Luigi and his staff, and we were so glad we did. Incredibly delicious Mexican food with fresh ingredients, with the most tasty sauces, all made from scratch. In our group there were a few vegetarians and others who didn't eat pork - no matter, the chef handled it easily and everyone was happily stuffed after every meal - plus dessert as well! There were paddle boards and single and double kayaks at our disposal. The house was right on the beach, with a gorgeous pool as well. The beach is beautiful sand but the water a little rocky until you go out a bit further into a cove where you can stand up in white sand and the water is warm and calm. The best part of all was our concierge Mimi. From the start of planning for our trip until we returned to the airport, Mimi answered our endless questions patiently and clearly, and with great humor. She organized all of our airport transfers and group excursions flawlessly and orchestrated the movements of a large group of 14 women coming from multiple cities without a single error or lost luggage or missed connection. She also arranged for private yoga instruction and massages, all at the villa. When we spoke longingly of doing karaoke for our last night, Mimi arranged for a karaoke machine to be brought to the house. Our every wish was fulfilled! We are already thinking of excuses for us all to sneak away and head back to our villa in paradise as soon as we can. One of my best vacations ever - recommend enthusiastically!

Wonderful Stay At Hacienda Corazon! Our extended family of 16 stayed at Hacienda Corazon for a family reunion. Family members traveling with us ranged in age from 12-80 years old. We had a fabulous vacation! Hacienda Corazon is in a great location+ Moreon the beach with a beautiful setting. The air-conditioned bedrooms & ensuite bathrooms provided privacy for all and yet we had great common areas with living/tv room, game rooms & kitchen (all with a/c). The pool was refreshing & members of our family used the kayaks & paddle boards daily. We had all meals on the patio dining table & the sea breeze made them very comfortable. Puerto Aventuras is a quaint village & we felt safe taking daily jogs, walking on the beach or going to town for gelato. Everyone in our party gave Hacienda Corazon 5 stars. The best part of our experience was the attentive & fantastic staff! The service we received was top-notch. The concierge, Mimi, took care of anything we needed --very easy to book airport transfers, boat trips, fishing, trips to Playa, anything through her. Mimi was so easy to work with & so very pleasant. We had all of our meals at the house & Chefs Luigi & Alfonso were great, as was Delina. The food was very fresh & delicious. We highly recommend eating all or as many of meals as possible at the house. Plenty to eat, so convenient & so very good! Jorge, the butler, was Fantastic--he kept our drinks filled, served our meals & always made sure we had everything we needed. We selected all of our meals before we arrived at the house & coordinated through Pino (exec chef) who made this very easy. The housekeeping staff were great & did personal laundry for us when asked. The groundskeepers cleaned the pool daily in the early mornings & kept the beach clean during our stay. We were so lucky to find that a sea turtle laid her eggs on our beach one night during our stay & the groundskeepers found the nest, showed it to us & marked it. Can't say enough good things about the staff & service we received. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation & won't hesitate to return. Great vacation!!

Hello Mimi, I hope you are doing well! I just wanted to share the amazing comments from the Ferguson group. Our law firm has rented a bunch of nice properties in the last 20 years, but none was a finer experience than this villa on the+ Morebeach in Puerto Aventuras. The building is extremely well built and decorated, the views and pool just...perfect. The large staff was friendly and efficient, and the concierge, Mimi, absolutely set the standard for pleasant, useful, and fun. Keeping six trial lawyers happy, well fed, and busy was not easy, probably, but Mimi and the staff did it. To a man, and woman, all said they would be back, with their families or the firm, and they meant it. Really, this property excels, and the experience was fantastic Congrats to you and your team for all your great work ;)

Beyond Perfection - There Are Truly No Words To Describe Our Wedding/Vacation Experience I have no idea how to start to write this review because, truly, there are no words that will accurately convey the level of pure perfection which translated+ Moreinto sheer happiness and joy experienced by myself, my now husband, our family and our friends. I had my wedding/large group vacation at Haciendas Corazon and Del Mar ... we also had Villa Nautica (down the block) and Hacienda Kukulkan (next door) as well as a private studio condo and a few rooms at the Omni/Dreams in the Marina. We had all of our guests join us at Corazon for all of our meals on a daily basis -- the staff handled it with ease thanks to the precision like planning and expert execution of Pino (head of food and beverage) and his team. We would like to specifically thank the staff for everything they did -- the food was unbelievable -- you would have though they were cooking for their own families -- I have no idea how they managed to make every meal on such a large scale so absolutely delicious, but they did and they did it with a smile. That is one well run team and they work together so well, you can tell they all genuinely care about each other and each guest. We had many meal alternatives within our gaggle of guests from gluten free, to dairy free to Kosher that Pino went ABOVE AND BEYOND to accommodate and his team was happy to execute. This wasn't just for everyday meals/snacks but they were so accommodating for the night of the wedding too, thanks to Francesca from Riviera Maya Catering (separate review for this lovely lady). Thank you to the gourmet chefs: Esme, Luigi, Alonso, Marti and their staff, Delina, Maria-Luisa, and Irlinda. Every meal was pure perfection and I especially loved the special breakfast dish from Acapulco, picaditas, I'm still dreaming of them they were amazing and everyone loved them. Each of you became like family and I will be forever in your debt for all of your hard work and pure kindness. EVERY single guest raved about the food -- this never happens. I have been to many, many all inclusives in Mexico, including one that touted themselves as having gourmet food, it was nothing in comparison to the food at the Haciendas. We would also like to specifically thank the barstaff lead by the inimitable Jorge. What a guy! What a sense of humor and also an incredible ability to anticipate everyone's need before they even know it themselves. His team is pure perfection as well. Thank you Jorge, Cesar, Eriberto and Carlos. Everyone fell in love with each and every one of you as well. Be sure to get one of Jorge's special morning smoothies before they're gone.and if you're lactose intolerant he will make it with almond milk! The banana was my favorite ... actually they all were. THANK YOU guys so much for helping to make my wedding and everyone's trip a perfect time ...and thank you for accommodating my "mimosas with pineapple" I miss them in the mornings! And last but certainly not least, THANK YOU to Nicholas (the owner) and his INCREDIBLE right hand gals: Marina, Lucy and the one-of-a-kind Mimi. Marina handled our reservations and figuring out how to do an "all inclusive" package for such a big group down to the penny. She managed everyone's payments and kept track of everything with ease and truly made this experience as stress-less as possible. Marina, you are such a wonderful and kind soul, thank you for all of your hard work and tireless efforts. Lucy -- where do I begin about my Lucy??? Poor Lucy dealt with me for over a year planning this wedding ... and I'm no so great at making decisions at times so I would tell her countless times, "well what do you think, what would you choose?" .... she made many decisions for me and I truly appreciate it -- once Saturday came around I worried about nothing. She was ontop of everything and had been since day one of our contract nearly exactly a year ago. I am going to miss our daily "What's App" calls and texts -- you are a wedding angel that floated down from heaven to help make my day special and it was absolutely PERFECT. She was organized to a tee and I would recommend her to anyone looking to have a stress-free and VERY fun, memorable wedding. Mimi!! Mimi gets mentioned in a lot of reviews and I was lucky enough to experience her magic first-hand. Mimi really is magic. I'm not sure if she's really human or if she, like Marina and Lucy, are angels that Nicholas somehow negotiated from heaven on loan from God to help make everyone's time at the haciendas perfect. You will never meet anyone like MiMi if you are lucky enough to meet her. She is ... actually I have no words for her because she is indescribable and I will start crying again from missing her so much. She played a huge role in make my wedding and everyone's stay absolutely blissful. She works her behind off and does it with a smile. She is beautiful inside and out -- a rare gem. We are so happy that we chose the Haciendas for our day -- I know our guests loved their stay as well. We are already planning our next trip back. “Unforgettable And Memorable Experience...We Are Coming Back” was part of a large group of 41 people that stayed comfortably at Hacienda Del Mar and Hacienda Corazon. The pros: *Amazing, friendly, and responsive staff - the premise was+ Morebeautifully maintained. The rooms were gorgeous, outfitted with A/C, and bathrooms. The style is open and there is this unforgettable view from the front door to the pool to the beach. Mimi, who is the property manager, is a joy to work with - she was only accommodating and lovely. She went out of her way to take care of all the little details that you wouldn't normally think except. She exceeded expectations in every way possible. *Exceptional food - it was all made with love...we had quite a few vegetarians, vegans, and gluten-free eater here and they did a custom menu that offered alternatives. :) *Awesome equipment - we took out the kayaks every day as well as the paddle boards, all of which were in great shape. *Beautiful and spacious rooms - the bathrooms were equipped with full showers, which included this wonderful smelling honey and organic soap and shampoo. *The staff cleaned the rooms everyday - they even folded everyone's clothes! *Open access to the beach. *Very close to town with many opportunities to activities. *Again, staff was super attentive and responsive. I was organizing this trip from London and they answered at least hundreds of emails and called me to work out all the little details of the trip. The cons: NONE. Overall, it was superb experience and we all felt at home. We are already looking to come back again next year...!

Amazing Family Reunion!!! I have an extended family of 16 people and we were looking for a vacation villa for the holiday week. We booked the Hacienda Corazon and we ended up having an amazing family reunion!!! The 10 bedrooms were very+ Morecomfortable. The living room, den, and beachside dining room were perfect common spaces for the family to spend time together. In addition, the pool and beach were in our backyard for more family fun. However, the best part of this villa experience was the service. Mimi, our concierge, took care of all the details - transportation back and forth from the airport, excursions to Playa Del Carmen and the Tulum ruins, etc. She arranged a photographer to take family pictures and a pinata for a birthday party. We could ask for anything and she would deliver. Chef Luigi, Alfonso, and Delina took care of the kitchen. We ate all of our meals at the villa and all of the meals were gourmet quality. Each day, Chef Luigi would sit with us and plan the next day's meals. In our group, we had vegetarian diners and gluten-free diners. Chef Luigi, Alfonso, and Delina made sure everyone had a feast everyday. Jorge, our butler, took care of our day-to-day needs. He would be with us the whole day and eventually, he knew our drink orders before we could even ask him for them. He made sure that we had towels by the pool and that our common spaces were clean. He knew our "tea time" at 5PM required hot beverages and biscuits. He spoiled us!!! Finally, the housekeeping staff and the maintenance staff made sure all was clean and working at the villa. If you like being pampered and enjoy ocean views, I would strongly recommend the Hacienda Corazon for family gatherings. We had a great time!!!

Incredible Family Gathering We brought 35 family members to the Riviera Maya Haciendas to celebrate the year of "5's". From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we were treated royally by the entire staff. The haciendas were beautiful,+ Morespacious, and very comfortable for our diverse age group (7 months to 85 years). The chef and his staff prepared delicious meals and were most accommodating for any special requests.

Best Holiday Ever!! Hacienda Corazon exceeded our expectations. We were married there on May 8 2015 and everything was better than we could have hoped for. The Hacienda is amazing, I want to be back there now. Lucy, the wedding planner was very+ Moreeasy to deal with during the months before we arrived to get everything arranged for us, we didn't have to worry about anything once we arrived. Jorge the butler, an absolute legend, couldn't have asked for any better. We had a group of about 20 people,every room at the Hacienda is great. Everyone in our group had an amazing time. Our only complaint is that we didn't stay longer.. Thanks!!

Our Return Trip! Back home today after a week stay at the Hacienda Corazon, which has now become our home away from home. We celebrated our first year wedding anniversary with family and friends by returning to the place where it all started!! Our+ Morewedding at the Haciendas last year began a family tradition that continues to excel in every aspect! The beautiful venue, delicious food, attentive staff are all absolutely perfect! We all LOVE LOVE LOVE our time at the Hacienda and in Puerto Aventuras. And it goes without saying that the group is planning our trip back next year!! It was a spectacular week that included adventure, relaxation, food, drink and special DESSERTS! This year's activities included excursions to unexplored cenotes recommended by Mimi and a hidden gem of a beachfront restaurant in Tulum. Of course, there were the daily poolside games, chatter, reading, eating and drinking, walks down the beach and kayaking to the beautiful cove across the Hacienda. The entire group was extremely sad to leave but committed to our 3rd Annual Hacienda Corazon reunion! Thank you Marina, Mimi, Luigi, Jorge and the ENTIRE Hacienda family for welcoming and hosting us in your very special way! We love you guys!!! xoxoxo

Amazing!!! We held our wedding at Hacienda Corazon and Del Mar, and it was quite simply the event of a lifetime! We had the perfect mix of family and friends, and the venue did not disappoint! From the luxurious accommodations to the incredible+ Morefood to the amazing staff, Riviera Maya Haciendas were the perfect place to hold what will undoubtedly become known to all who were there as the "Party of the Century". Owner Nicolas Boulay is blessed with a wealth of talent on his staff and clearly understands the value of having good people working for him. Special thanks go to Marina(the reservations manager), Lucy(our spectacular wedding coordinator), Mimi(concierge extraordinaire), Francesca and Ana Paula(our wonderful chefs), as well as Carlos, Alonso, Ivan, Pino et al(our bartenders and kitchen staff). Housekeeping and maintenance did an excellent job for the duration of our stay, and I must say the grounds looked like something out of a movie. This place is simply paradise and we will certainly be returning as soon as we can come up with a good enough reason...perhaps our 1st wedding anniversary. ;)

“A Little Bit Of Paradise” was truly amazed by the stunning setting and this beautiful getaway on the beach. While there were 14 of us staying there, we never felt crowded. The group could find their own privacy or hang out together on the+ Moreexpansive porch or sleek pool deck. The kitchen was pretty incredible and we were spoiled by the delicious breakfasts prepared by our chefs each morning. The two dinners they prepared were also very tasty, especially the tres leches cake. The location was perfect for anyone who wants to explore the Riviera Maya. Just south of Cancun, we were midway between the hustle and bustle of Playa Del Carmen and the peaceful tranquility of Tulum. Cenotes, beaches, restaurants, grocery store, shopping and Mayan ruins are all within a short drive of the house. You can even walk to and dine at one of the restaurants that encircle the Dolphin attraction within the large housing and marina complex. Of course, the whole idea is to relax which is easy to do at this beachfront hacienda. It was a great week and I highly recommend it for a group looking for a little escape. Also, the grocery store just beyond the entrance of the complex was fully stocked and made it easy for us to prepare lunch and dinner on our own.

Best Vacation Ever! Had my 40th birthday at Hacienda Corazon! This vacation rental far exceeded my expectations. The property includes a game room complete with pool tables, TV room, massage room, free wi-fi and free calls to the U.S. We enjoyed+ Moreparasailing, kayaking, and swimming with dolphins. The staff provided spectacular service. Especially our concierge Mimi. She escorted us to excursions, recommended great restaurants, and other tourist activities. The chef prepared amazing paella, lasagna, and desserts. You will be blown away by beauty, amenities, and service this property offers.

Beautiful Hacienda With A Spectacular Yard Right On The Ocean “Beautiful Hacienda with a spectacular yard right on the ocean” We rented the Hacienda Corazon with 12 other friends. We loved that each room was its own suite with excellent air+ Moreconditioning!! There were plenty of large spaces for socializing with the group but you could escape to the privacy of your own room as well. The kitchen was huge and the chefs prepared delicious breakfasts every morning! It was great that our whole group could gather at a large dining table either in the kitchen or on the back patio. I also LOVED the back yard with a covered patio that overlooks the beautiful pool just steps away from your own little beach on the ocean. The staff was excellent! They were all so friendly and kept the Hacienda fresh and clean every day. Our concierge Mimi was so hospitable and helpful with suggestions for everything from dining to para sailing! It was obvious she really enjoyed her job! It was a wonderful week and we would stay there again in a heartbeat!

A Dream Come True Here is a summary of my experience at Hacienda Corazon First of all the first thing that pops in your head when you arrive is "WOW" This place is stacked! Someone thought about everything that would make anyone feel comfortable+ Moreand happy. If it's not the 3 refrigerators in the large open kitchen or the Xbox 360 in the game room or the reliable Wi-Fi it's something else. No little detail has been left out. The back yard is full of lounge chairs and setup so you can start enjoying life around a wonderful pool. Just a few feet away you can jump into the ocean or grab one of the kayaks provided to you and head out on an adventure. The food. I have traveled to Quintana Roo many times and rarely do I get to taste such delicious homemade meals. If you have the option to have their cooks come over trust me you will not let them leave your house! Once you have all your friends and family sitting at the large table you will feel truly at home. The staff is truly genuine and delightful people who will make you feel welcome. The cleaning crew knows what they are doing and usually come later in the day after everyone has been awake for sometime. We stayed for a full week and never noticed that anything was missed. The crew is very professional and friendly. The location is ideal for a combination of things. You can stay local in Puerto Aventuras and have a good time just walking around. There are many beaches and chill/relax activities to basically take it easy. If you want to party you are just 10/15 minutes away from Playa Del Carmen. There is also a local karaoke bar 10 minutes walking distance. You are just minutes away from a plethora of parks and natural activities not to mention Tulum. We rented a car so we basically just wandered out at different times. One of my favorite moments in the trip was when I took an early morning kayak trip by myself. About 100 yards out a turtle popped his head out next to me. He hung out for a while and I was able to enjoy the sunrise. Our friends got married in the backyard. The ceremony was very special. The party was incredible. Having a home built like this is truly a dream come true.

Incredible Property! We just got back from our wedding down in Puerto Aventuras, Mexico. We stayed at both the Hacienda Del Mar and Hacienda Corazon properties with 39 guests (2 children and 37 adults). The properties are nothing short of amazing!+ MoreThe view of the ocean from the back porch, the beautiful rooms, the location on the beach, the sea kayaks, and the relaxed and laid back nature of the entire place. We absolutely loved it! We were in perfect hands with the hacienda staff taking care of us. They cleaned the rooms and houses daily, always providing fresh towels for our many dips in the pool. Any request we had, Laura, the concierge gladly handled. We even had mani/pedis scheduled by the pool for ultimate relaxation for the girls. If you're looking for a wonderful property to host a large event or an intimate gathering, these haciendas are it! The staff is incredible, the location is amazing and even better ... the entire place is yours to enjoy with your friends and family during your stay. It was truly a memorable experience and we cannot wait to come back once again! To the entire staff at the haciendas including Marina and Laura, thank you for making our wedding week incredible. This is something we will never forget and cannot wait to come back and do it all again some day!
