Rate Information
Booking window: July 01st until December 18th, 2023
Travel window: December 19th, 2023 until January 02nd, 2024.
Minimum stay: 7 nights
Rates include all suites per property.
Rates are in US dollars plus 22% of taxes.
Rates are based on 2 guests per room.
Above 2 guests per room please add $80 USD per night plus 22% of taxes per night.
Damage Waiver Fee $300 USD per Hacienda per stay. (Non. Refundable, Non-Commissionable)
Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
Rates are subject to change until confirmed.
Booking Payments Policies
Once we have received your reservation request a 50% of the total rental amount plus the Damage Waiver Fee $300 USD per Hacienda per stay will be required within the following 7 natural days. Otherwise, the reservation will be canceled automatically.
Reservations must be fully paid by August 01st, 2023.
Cancelation policies:
Non-refundable.
