Is not because we cannot be closed to each other that we cannot give you the Service you deserve.

Before your arrival, your Personal Concierge will contact you by e-mail and/or phone call to offer you the different options available for your meal plans, to review with you your special requests or demand, to prepare your tours, excursions, transportation service.

When you arrive, your Personal Concierge will be here to Welcome you safely. She/he will wear a mask and/or visor. No personal contact will be encouraged.

The key of the property will be in the lock box outside the entrance door, and your concierge will give you the code to access them. Priorly, the lock box and keys will be desinfected for your safety. Your Personal Concierge will have gloves to offer if you feel safer to use them.

During your stay, you always reach your Personal Concierge by phone, text message, E-mails.

For your Check-out, your Personal Concierge will send your possible bill by e-mail for your review and then the charge can be done with our digital application which reduce the contact with devices.
